About this property

The massive house has a floor space of 50sqm and is located on our 1000sqm plot.
The cottage is divided into a bedroom / living room with a comfortable180 / 200cm bed with separate mattresses, 2 bedside tables, 1 table and 4 chairs, large wardrobe, TV.
In front of mosquitoes in the living / bedroom a fly and mosquito protection window protects.
The kitchen is very well equipped with a fridge, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, induction hob, table with seating opportunity, crockery, cutlery and everything you need for self-catering.
The second room is a small bedroom with a 110/200 bed, wardrobe and TV.
Wi-Fi is available. Downloading paid and illegal applications is prohibited.
In front of the house is a large covered terrace (30sqm) with seating and large table to relax after exhausting adventurous excursions to the capital or its beautiful surroundings. Here you can relax and relax.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided free of charge.

Excellent hostess and beautiful accommodation

The property is great, very clean and warm. Easy to get public transport into the city. Gisela was a lovely host and even did our washing for us! Highly recommend.

Würden definitiv wiederkommen

Das Ferienhaus war superschön, absolut sauber und mit der überdachten Terasse als Highlight. Es liegt etwas außerhalb, was aber perfekt für uns war. Die Bus- und Bahnverbindung ist absolut top. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir würden das Ferienhaus definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Rust in mooi Berlijn

Prima locatie, als je na hele dag in de stad in de avond van je rust wil genieten. Huis kijkt uit op een mooie tuin. Reistijd ± 45 minuten (bus - U- of S-bahn) naar centrum. Bushalte - supermarkt 5 min. Marian.

Oase in Berlin

Eine schöne und ruhige Siedlung mitten in der Großstadt.Wer sich erholen will und Ruhe braucht ist hier richtig.Trotzdem nicht abgelegen und die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Berlin schnell zu erreichen.

Zwei entspannte Wochen Kulturlaub

Auch wenn der Weg in die Berliner Innenstadt recht lang ist (1,5 bis 2 Std mit Öffis), es lohnt sich. Zum Einkaufen ist alles wichtige gut zu Fuß erreichbar und die Unterkunft ist zur Erholung vom Großstadttrubel sehr gut geeignet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir (Mutter und Tochter, 56 und 76 Jahre jung) haben uns wohl gefühlt und viel gesehen. Sollten wir noch einmal nach Berlin fahren, die Unterkunft würden wir sofort wieder buchen.

Kurzurlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Sehr angenehme Gastgeber, die einem viele nützliche Infos rund um Berlin auf den Weg gegeben haben. Die Unterkunft war super und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Wenn das Wetter es zulässt, kann man super unter der überdachten Terrasse sitzen und z.B. frühstücken etc. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Fijne Accomodatie

Wohlfühloase

Eine sehr sehr nette Wohnung;ein kleines Häuschen im hinteren Garten der Vermieter.,ruhig gelegen Tolle überdachte Aussenterasse,alles da ,was man so braucht Sehr nett und geschmackvoll eingerichtet,das Bad ist ein Traum.Mein Mann und ich hatten das Schlafzimmer mit wirklich tollen Matratzen,wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Unsere Bekannte hatte das kleine Zimmer in Beschlag genommen Klein,aber fein. Das einzige Manko:das Bad war das Dirchgangszimmer zu dem Einzelzimmer und somit mussten wir uns stets gut absprechen ,wer ins Bad geht.Familien haben es da natürlich leichter,aber da wir erwachsen sind ,war das natürlich.nicht wirklich ein Problem. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit,Unsere Abreise durften wir sogar etwas nach hinten verschieben,da wir den Tag vorher in einen Geburtstag von elmen Freund gefeiert hatten .Bushaltestelle und Supermärkte fussläufig zu erreichen,super Anbindung nach Berlin Mitte . Wir kommen bestimmt wieder .

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Domizil in sehr ruhiger Lage. Ganz besonders begeistert waren wir von der riesigen überdachten Terrasse mit Blick in einen wunderschönen gepflegten Garten. Nice and clean cottage, friendly owners

We had a nice week in this house, great location to explore Berlin. Big plus is the quiet and green location (and a terrace so you can sit / eat outdoors!) to escape the buzz of the city. It takes about 45 minutes to most sightseeing locations with a good connection. Supermarket is just a 5 minute walk, next to the bus stop. The house has everything you need: good beds, nice and clean bathroom, kitchen that is well equiped. Big enough for one adult and two teens. Oh, and don’t forget to visit the Gardens of the World at walking distance!

Heerlijke uitvalsbasis voor Berlijn!

Prachtig huisje achter in de tuin. Zoals de foto’s het laten zien zo is het in werkelijkheid ook. Met de bus en metro ben je in minder dan 45 minuten hartje Berlijn. Op loopafstand ligt Garten der Welt, heerlijk rustig in de avond en zeker een bezoek waard! Het huisje is keurig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben van excellente gastvrijheid genoten!

Erholsamer Aufenthalt

Wir sind sehr nett von den Vermietern begrüßt wurden. Sie zeigten sich hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend, Die Unterbringung ist sehr schön. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bushaltestelle und die Gärten der Welt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Erholungsfaktor ist sehr hoch. Wenn man keine Lust auf viele Menschen hat, bleibt man einfach zu Hause und verbringt einen entspannten Nachmittag auf der Terrasse. Die Unterbringung ist klein, aber sehr fein und bietet alles, was man benötigt. Gerne kommen wir wieder. :-)

Wir kommen wieder

Es war einfach nur super. Die Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend und um unser Wohl besorgt. Konnten guteTipps geben. Ferienhaus war für zwei Erwachsene u. ggfs. eine dritte Person ausgestattet. Gemütliches Frühstück unter dem Vordach mit einem schönen Blick auf den tollen Garten.Einfach entspannend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten optimal zu Fuß zu erreichen. Haben das Auto die Tage gar nicht gebraucht.

Schöner Kurztrip nach Berlin

Kleines Ferienhäuschen mitten im Grünen! Sehr ruhige Lage und trotzdem sehr gute Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz! Das Häuschen hat alles, was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett, gab auch Tipps zu Ausflügen, ein gelungener Urlaub!

Kurzurlaub in Berlin
