Here you stay in a part of a cosy semi-detached house with private pool not far from Sant'Agata Feltria in the Emilia hinterland with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. You can organise meals outdoors and by the pool in the equipped garden. The village of Sant'Agata Feltria is famous because it is also known as the Christmas village. In fact, every year in December there are beautiful Christmas markets and the Father Christmas House, a must-see for children. Lovers of fine cuisine should not miss the truffle festival that takes place in October. The town is ideal for nature lovers, as the famous Parco del Sasso e Simoncello, a picturesque nature reserve where you can enjoy long walks in the beautiful countryside, is just 30 kilometres away. Beautiful thermal baths are only 33 km away. The rooms are on different levels and are not connected internally. The landlord lives in one part of the house. The property is shared, the landlord has a dog and a cat.

Die Sauberkeit im Objekt lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Inventar zum teil abgelebt bzw. einfach nur alt. Leider war der Aufenthalt mit unserem Hund problematisch, da der anwesende Hund unseren nicht mochte. Da dieser Hund immer im Hof/Garten war, konnten wir uns ohne die Vermieter nicht mit unseren Hund frei bewegen. Was wir als sehr nachteilig empfanden war die räumliche Trennung der einzelnen Räume. So waren Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer in einem Teil des Hauses. Dann musste man das Haus verlassen und außen herum zum Wohnbereich und Küche gehen. Inder Küche gab es einen sehr kleinen Kühlschrank (gleich einer Minibar). Dann musste man das Haus erneut verlassen um außen herum zu 2. Schlafzimmer und einer weiteren Küche zu gelangen. In der 2. Küche war ein normal großer Kühlschrank, allerdings fehlte ein Großteil zur Küche. Dies empfanden wir als absolut unpraktikabel, da man immer das Haus verlassen musste um die anderen Räumlichleiten zu erreichen. Leider war dieser Umstand in der Anzeige so nicht beschrieben.
