Summary:
LOCATION: Our house makes the perfect home base for exploring Miami's South Beach. This fantastic gateway to Miami is only a 15 minute drive to South Beach and Surfside Beach. Best of all, our house is complete with all the conveniences of a modern home including a workspace and BBQ for the family to enjoy.

The Space:
BEDROOMS: This home sleeps 8 guests in 4 beds and 1 sofa bed. Smart TV is located in the living room and master bedroom. See bed count below:

- Master Bedroom: 1 King (Sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2: 1 Queen (Sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 3: 2 Twins (Sleeps 2)
- Common Area: 1 Queen sofa bed (Sleeps 2)

BATHROOMS: Each bathroom is stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body soap), plush towels and a hairdryer.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked and has a full line of new appliances (drip coffee maker included). The island area has seating for 2, along with all the necessary dinnerware and more. Dining table has seating for 8 people.

OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor space includes a BBQ grill (at no extra cost to you), outdoor seating, and a hammock for your enjoyment. We also include BEACH EQUIPMENT! Located in the back we have 4 beach chairs, a large cooler with wheels and a beach wagon.

PARKING: Maximum of cars that can park in the driveway are 4. Street parking is available at no cost (Please do not block any neighbors).

WHAT'S INCLUDED: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib (upon request only), beach towels, free high speed WiFi and 2 Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix and YouTube TV.

NOTE: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the front of the property (outside pointing to the driveway and grass area) and back yard (Outside surveying the entire deck). No surveillance is located inside the home. This is a pet friendly property; a $100 pet fee is required per pet.

Guest Access:
Please note - all door codes & information will be sent 24 hours prior to check-in . Check your message inbox in the booking site message forum . Guests have access to the entire home and backyard.

The Neighborhood:
Miami has so much history and life! You can enjoy the world famous Miami Beach, go out on a boat or Jet-ski and later make your way to your local bar for drinks and salsa dancing. Whatever you decide to do in Miami we can guarantee you will have an unforgettable time! This home is in a well established, quiet, family friendly neighborhood. **Please note: This home is in a family friendly and quiet community. We have close relationship with neighbors and as such, quiet hours between 9pm - 8am must be observed both inside & outside.

Getting Around:
Because we are in close proximity to so many locations, having a car is not a necessity. A simple Uber/Lyft ride can take you to your favorite restaurant or to the beach.

Interaction with Guests:
We will reach out to you with check-in instructions within 2 days prior to your arrival. The Guest Experience Team will be your point of contact throughout your entire stay. We are here if you need us, but not if you don't!
