This charming 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is located just two blocks from ASU's campus and Mill Ave! You are surrounded by all of the hot spots in downtown Tempe and 7 minutes from Phoenix Sky-Harbor Airport. We decorated and furnished your apartment for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It has a full kitchen equipped for making a home-cooked meal, a pull-out couch for additional guests, and a stackable washer/dryer in the unit. You’ll also have 1GB WiFi and a flat-screen TV with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and steps from the community pool/spa. The community is well-maintained and has easy parking spot access near the unit. The apartment has one covered parking spot for guests just a short distance from the apartment. We do not have neighbors above the apartment, but there are neighbors that share one wall and that are below the unit. We trust you'll love your stay and hope that you truly feel at home. We love to travel, so we have fallen in love with staying in unique properties all over the world and equally love sharing our home with guests coming to us from near and far.

We bought this house bacause of the location. We love the vibe of downtown Tempe and ASU. This condo is in an amazing location close to the airport, the freeways, ASU, sports games, downtown Tempe and so much more.
