This is the best place in Sanibel to leave your stress behind and enjoy amazing sunsets! This exclusive residence delivers a unique island experience with bicycle paths, convenient access to restaurants and shops, and unique Sanibel beaches. It is only 3 minute drive to the nearest beach. It has plenty space for large groups. The residence offers 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 10 people. A wide-open backyard with a new large pool provides a unique and fun experience for families to grill or simply enjoy being outside.
The residence has an open concept kitchen and living room area that overlook the magnificent Dunes golf course. The master bedroom has a king bed, an en-suite master bathroom, complete with a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower, and double sink vanity. Guest bedrooms have queen beds and share a bathroom with a unique seashell sink and walk-in shower. The bonus suite area has two additional rooms with private bathrooms and a living room that provide the perfect privacy for large families with kids and/or in-laws.
