Set on a gorgeous waterfront half-acre, this Hill Country getaway is pure vacation perfection. Walk right down to the water from this spacious estate, affectionately nicknamed Lazydays. Dock a boat right in your backyard, then host cookouts using the convenient grill house. The 18-hole Lighthouse links are a short stroll away.

Unwind in the spacious living room, equipped with an electric fireplace. Admire gorgeous lake views or watch shows on the 55” TV. The gourmet kitchen in the lake house is anchored by an expansive island for additional seating. The chef in your group will appreciate the full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample granite counter space.

Comfort awaits in the lake-view primary suite, appointed with a king bed, 32” TV, and direct patio access. The en-suite bathroom holds a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom holds a queen bed, two full-size beds with full-size trundles, a 32” TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a twin daybed with a twin trundle, while an adjacent bathroom has a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom includes a queen bed, a 42” TV, and a handicap-friendly en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The two-story guesthouse sleeps up to four guests. The entryway holds a twin daybed, a 42” TV, and a wet bar with a fridge. The downstairs bedroom has a full-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and 42” TV, while the bathroom across the hall has a walk-in shower. The adjacent game room features two 60” TVs and a pool table. Make coffee at the wet bar to enjoy on the covered balcony.

THINGS TO KNOW
The boat slip does not have a lift and cannot accommodate wake boats or center-propeller boats.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.


If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
