This newly built Port Aransas condo includes a loft and is located at Palmilla Beach Resort, just a short stroll to the beach. Enjoy lavish amenities including Gulf views, access to a shared pool, and an on-site restaurant. Drive five minutes to downtown, shops, dining, and fishing. Take the elevator from the parking area (with space for one vehicle) and head up to your two-story condo, located on the third floor. Drop your bags and step into an expansive kitchen, dining, and living area with high ceilings and ample room to cook, socialize, and dine. Prepare dishes in a kitchen with all-white cabinetry, turquoise backsplash, and stainless steel GE appliances. A large wooden dining table with a beachy vibe seats everyone. There's space for more at a large kitchen island.
After a day on Port Aransas’ sandy beaches, make yourself at home in the relaxed living area with a sectional couch and 60-inch TV with cable. Perch drinks and snacks on a barrel-style coffee table before curling up for a movie. French doors in the living area swing out to a private patio with views of the beautifully landscaped resort grounds. The main bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet, balcony access, and a 40-inch TV. An en-suite bathroom adds convenience with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate soaker tub.
A guest bathroom off the dining area has a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom comes with a queen bed. Head upstairs to find another guest bedroom with a queen bed, walk-in closet, and 40-inch TV. You'll also find a fourth open bedroom area with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, an ideal space for extra guests.

Visit the Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla to receive VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities. Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.

There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however, nearby parking is available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
