Retreat to this spacious 1,200 square foot 2BR/2BA Gulf getaway in the heart of South Padre Island. The first-floor condo features a large poolside patio, nautical-inspired design elements, and tile flooring throughout.
This oceanfront condo offers easy access to a hub of nearby activities. Convenient Suntide II on-site amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, tennis courts, sand volleyball, and direct beach access.
LIVING AREA
Unwind on the large sectional sofa in the living room and enjoy favorite shows on the 40” flat screen TV. The couch doubles as a sleeper sofa for extra guests.
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the gadgets needed to prepare family favorite meals. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for three or gather at the dining table with seating for four.
BED & BATH
This condo includes two bedrooms that sleep six total.
The primary suite is outfitted with a king bed and 40” TV with a DVD player. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination and large walk-in closet.
The second bedroom features a king bed, a closet, and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Relax on your private patio-- steps away from the heated pool, hot tub, and beach. The covered space is complete with four chairs.
On-site Suntide II amenities include tennis courts, beach volleyball, and a community grill area.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, an on-site coin-operated laundry facility, and parking for one vehicle in the parking garage are provided. Additional street parking is also available.

Explore South Padre Island by foot or utilize the free shuttle service for nearby amenities.
The beach is just steps out your back door. Water sports enthusiasts can find rentals at On the Beach for surfboards, paddleboards, and bodyboards. Or cruise the beach on bicycles, golf carts, and electric scooters from SPI Activities. Both stores are within a 5-minute walk from your rental.
Enjoy a fun-filled day with the family at Schlitterbahn Waterpark, just 2 miles from home. Or walk 3 minutes to Gravity Park for go-carts, mini-golf, reverse bungee, and a climbing wall.
Check out the menu at local seafood favorite, Blackbeard’s Restaurant, and don’t miss live music at the waterfront bar and grill Wanna Wanna-- both located several blocks away.

Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
