KITCHEN & DINING
Fully stocked with all the gadgets you’ll need to prepare your favorite foods, the kitchen is outfitted with new white cabinetry, new granite countertops, and new appliances. While dinner simmers, enjoy a cold beverage at the kitchen bar with seating for three.
Gather your group around the dinner table for a lovely family-style meal and relive the day’s escapades. The dining room table seats six. After dinner, mix favorite cocktails at the brand-new wet bar.

Suntide II Resort offers a prime location for limitless shopping and dining. Blackbeards, located just a few blocks away, is a local favorite for island cuisine and steaks.
Another South Padre staple is the Wanna Wanna Inn, a beachfront bar and grill with a fun tiki theme and delicious snack foods.

All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please contact us right away so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
