Full of old-world charm and contemporary luxuries, this Grace Carpenter-designed home is truly one-of-a-kind. Book-filled shelves and unique pieces curated from around the globe feature throughout, and there’s plenty of room to stretch out with 2,000 square feet of upscale living space.

Vaulted ceilings and exposed beams feature in the living room. A wall of books feels like your own private library, and a 55” wall-mounted TV awaits for movie nights (all TVs are enabled with YouTube TV; however, guests must use personal accounts for streaming services). The tranquil atrium offers a quiet spot for an afternoon read. A well-equipped kitchen comes with granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Nearby, a dining table and breakfast table seat a total of ten.

This single-story house sleeps up to eight guests between three beautifully appointed rooms. The primary suite boasts a sumptuous king bed, 42” wall-mounted TV, and a pair of elegant armchairs. An en-suite bathroom has a stately double vanity, water closet, and gorgeous walk-in shower with dual showerheads. You’ll sleep soundly in the inviting second bedroom, outfitted with two plush queen beds. The guest bathroom is also equipped with a walk-in shower. Then den doubles as the third bedroom, appointed with a queen sleeper sofa and 50' wall-mounted TV.

Offering total privacy, a huge brick courtyard surrounds the home, shaded by trees and dotted with tropical foliage. Dip your toes in the sparkling cocktail pool, or practice your short game on the putting green (putters available). There’s plenty of seating to relax and socialize, including two separate dining areas. On sunny days, fire up the gas grill for a family BBQ.

This home is just 2 miles from upscale restaurants, shopping, and entertainment in Old Town Scottsdale. Play a round at Coronado Golf Course (0.2 miles). Or enjoy fishing and a stroll around Eldorado Park (1.2 miles). Catch a game at Scottsdale Stadium (0.8 miles) or head 3 miles to soak up the sun at Big Surf -- a popular seasonal waterpark. For a challenging adventure, Cholla Trail at Camelback Mountain (4.4 miles away) offers a steep, rocky route with incredible views from the summit.

The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than six adults plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to comply with the city's occupancy requirements.
In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
