Panoramic beach views steal the show at this large ground-floor 2BR/2BA condo, located at Suntide II Condominiums on South Padre Island. A bonus sleeping nook offers additional sleeping space.
Chic dark wood furnishings and earthy tones bring a stylish, welcoming vibe throughout. A spacious kitchen is great for entertaining, while upgraded bathrooms feature granite counters and beautifully tiled showers.
Local shops and eateries are a short walk from home. Stroll a few blocks to Blackbeard’s for awesome seafood, steaks and sandwiches. Or head four blocks to WannaWanna and enjoy pub fare and frozen cocktails on their beachfront deck.
ABOUT THE CONDO
Curl up for the evening on a leather sectional sofa in the living area, then pick out a movie on the 40” flat screen TV.
Gaze across rolling waves and golden sand from your private patio, with seating for three and views directly overlooking the beach. From here, you’re just steps away from the community pool area, hot tub, and fire pit.
Whip up beach snacks and hearty evening meals in a full kitchen with granite countertops and a bar area seating four. Opposite, there’s seating for six to share sit-down meals around a wooden dining table.
The condo offers sleeping for up to five guests.
Wake each morning to the sight of the Gulf from the inviting master bedroom, featuring a king bed, 37” flat screen TV, and ample storage space. An en-suite bathroom comes with a walk-in shower.
Crisp white linens adorn a king bed in the second bedroom. This room also has a storage closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
A bonus sleeping nook (an additional bedroom with no door) comes with a twin-size bed and white wooden dresser.
Guest amenities include cable TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and access to a shared coin-operated laundry room. Designated parking for one vehicle is provided, with additional first-come street parking.

As a guest at Suntide II Condominiums, you’ll be treated to private beach access, with the shore just steps away. Forgot your beach towel or need a nap? No problem—your condo’s proximity to the beach makes it a breeze to go back and forth.
You’ll also enjoy Suntide II amenities like a heated beachside pool, a hot tub, a sun deck with palapas, a tennis court, beach volleyball, and a truly Texas-sized BBQ area.
For seafood and happy hour specials just down the street, swing by Blackbeard’s, a neighborhood mainstay since 1978. After dinner, head across the street to pick up an ice cream at Dolce Roma. Or stop by WannaWanna (10-minute walk) for pub fare, live music and frozen cocktails on a beachfront deck.
Adventurers can check out South Padre Island Watersports (5-minute drive), where you can rent bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and more. And Schlitterbahn Waterpark is just a 10-minute drive away.
For quick grocery pick up, you’re just a mile from Blue Marlin Supermarket.

Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
