Amazing stay!

We’ve stayed at many homes/apartments through apps similar to Vacasa, but never had great experiences so wanted to try something new. This was our first time trying Vacasa so we were a little bit nervous, but this home was the nicest one we’ve stayed at. It was SUPER clean which is the most important thing to us. It was also very nice and cozy, had plenty of towels, kitchen items, blankets etc. Access was easy and when the code stopped working during our late checkout, customer service helped us gain back access almost instantly. Highly recommend and we will be back if we come to Rockport in the future!

Great cozy getaway.

Perfect for our holiday stay!

Do Not Stay in a Vacasa operated home.

It was a nice home, and a great location, but from what I can tell from being there for 5 & a 1/2 days, I can tell that Vacasa manages this home poorly, and maybe all of them as there were no complimentary kitchen items (coffee, spices, etc.). They do not have information there for the mini-split air conditioner, and a cold front came in. I didn’t know how to get the heat on nor if there was heat there. Th bathroom has a ceiling heater in there that has a light switch instead of the usual timer knob. We thought that it was a regular exhaust fan. Any time that I look for another rental, I will make sure that if it’s managed by Vacasa, I will not rent it.

Beautiful, Cozy, Affordable

It’s exactly what 1-2 people might need to enjoy Rockport, TX. Everything is newly painted and fresh looking. I feel very safe there because of the excellent lighting at night. It’s a duplex so you’re able to get great accommodations at a better price than almost any of the competing housing.
