The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a two-person kitchen island.

When meals are ready, the dining table accommodates four.

This home sleeps seven guests in three bedrooms.

The comfortable primary bedroom is appointed with a king-size bed, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-full-size bunk bed, while the third bedroom offers a queen-size bed. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Lovely beach house

This immaculate vacation home was in a nice neighborhood and was within close driving distance to the beach, fishing, and restaurants. Our party of six had plenty of room and the house was tastefully decorated and recently renovated. We will definitely come back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only complaint is the drive was is short and there was alot of mud...also the house doesn't have a BBQ so bring your own ...lastly no pier

Nice, but

The living area was very good. New appliances, clean and livable. Getting the TV to function took a young person to figure it out for us older folks. And the final blow was the drive way. It was not extended from the house to the street. With the rain we had it turned into an extremely muddy mess. Visitors had to walk through the nieghbors yards to get to the house. We would not rent again without the drive way extended. And for what their asking price wise for next year 2022 it's a total rip off.

Great location and comfortable home

Beautiful home. The pictures are a true reflection of the home. You can tell the rebuild, design and decorating of the home was a labor of love after Harvey. Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Master is awesome. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need (we actually had need for a cheese grater and there was one). Only upgrade I would make is a pod coffee maker vs drip. There is a W/D if you need one and beach towels. I was thankful for that as I completely forgot to pack our beach towels. We ordered and picked up at a few restaurants that were just minutes up the road. The owner has a book with all their recommendations. We also ordered HEB groceries online and did curbside pickup. Super convenient location in quiet area. You can see the water from the front deck. Only issues are there are still homes being rebuilt in the neighborhood so construction started earlier than I would prefer but it wasn't horrible and we were out most of the day anyway. Unfortunately a storm rolled through a couple of days we were there and the winds were pretty fierce. There was a palm that reached a gutter and kept hitting it but I'm a light sleeper. Kiddos slept right through it. I also brought outdoor games to enjoy with the kids in the yard but read a note in the guest book that said to be cautious of potential remnants of debris from the storm. None of these were a deal breaker. The home is lively
