Inside, you’ll find a premium kitchen, upscale furnishings, an ultra-private ground-level living area and bedroom, as well as all-new updates that provide a comfy, modern setting. An external stairway enables access between the two levels.
LIVING AREA
A large sectional and an armchair provide plush seating in the main living area. Stream favorite shows on the smart TV or simply kick back in the ample sunlight.
The ground-level living area is outfitted with a queen sleeper sofa, smart TV, and bonus refrigerator.
KITCHEN & DINING
Home chefs will be delighted to find all-new granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Serve appetizers at the kitchen bar for three as dinner simmers.
When you’re ready to eat, gather around the table for six in the dining area.
BED & BATH
The primary bedroom boasts a queen bed and direct access to the deck. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom holds a queen bed, and the adjacent second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
Located on the ground level, the third bedroom is appointed with a full-size bed and a twin bed. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
The covered patio offers a peaceful retreat on sunny days. The dining table seats four to afternoon snacks. The spacious wraparound deck provides plenty of space to soak up the sun or rest in the shade. Climb the stairs to the observation deck for an unobstructed view of the surrounding beauty.
Located a short walk from your rental, the on-site swimming pool provides a refreshing oasis after a sun-kissed beach day.

Parking for four cars in the driveway. Parking on the street and grass is prohibited.
The fireplace in the living area is not operational.
The main level is accessible via a flight of stairs. The third bedroom and second living area are ground level. The two areas are separated by an exterior staircase.
Per HOA guidelines and Corpus Christi fire code, the use of barbeque grills is prohibited on the second-floor wooden deck.

Located near the beach, you can walk to the soft sand in just 5 minutes!
Travel 5 miles to Mustang Island State Park to spot local wildlife or navigate the extensive paddling trail. Or head 30 minutes to downtown Corpus Christi.
THINGS TO KNOW
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
