LIVING AREA

The second living area is outfitted with a love seat, two armchairs, and a smart TV. A built-in bunk bed provides extra sleeping space.

Quartz countertops offer plenty of prep space in the kitchen, and stainless steel appliances deliver upscale utility. The kitchen bar seats five.

BED & BATH
This three-story townhome sleeps 10 guests between three bedrooms, a full-size sleeper sofa in the main living area, and a twin-over-twin bunk bed in the second living area.
The primary suite boasts a king-size bed, a smart TV, and a private balcony with four Adirondack chairs. The en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity and a walk-in shower.
The second suite features a king-size bed, a Keurig coffee maker, and a smart TV. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The third bedroom holds a queen-size bed, and the third bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
A half bath provides additional convenience.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Covered balconies at the front and back of the second floor provide comfortable shade as well as lovely views of the community and the dunes.
Incredible Palmilla amenities include two elegant resort-style pools (unheated and open year-round).
You’ll also enjoy food service and air-conditioned bathrooms across the boardwalk at the groomed private beach. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
