Luby Park or boat around Bird Island.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love exploring area beaches, fishing, kayaking, surfing, and boating. If shopping and dining are more your speed, there are plenty of restaurants and boutiques within a five-minute drive of home. You’ll have access to a sparkling resort-style pool for laid-back afternoons in the sun.

A quaint living room with a cozy brown couch and matching love seat is perfect for watching your favorite shows on the large TV. The loaded kitchen with a giant island (complete with seating) and modern appliances opens up to the elegant dining room with seating for everyone. The second living room contains a twin daybed with a trundle and a mounted TV. The half bath is quaint with a single vanity and toilet. A coastal primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, large TV, wicker chair seating and private balcony access. An en-suite bathroom has a single vanity and shower. The second bedroom also has a plush queen-size bed, dresser and TV. Kids will love the third bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed and its own TV. The spacious guest bathroom boasts a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
