Below the house you will find the swimming pool, which you can use together with the owners, and a small fitness room with changing room, shower and WC. The garden is surrounded by a holm oak forest where you can go for a walk or relax. The pretty, medieval village of Civitella Valdichiana, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view over the entire Chiana Valley, is just 8 km away. Other towns worth visiting are Arezzo (15 km), Cortona (35 km) and of course the marvellous art cities of Siena (50 km) and Florence (60 km). On request and against payment on site: cookery service and cookery courses (traditional Tuscan cuisine). Access to the apartment on the 1st floor is shared with the owners. Access via approx. 800 m gravel track. Motorway approx. 500 m away.
