Sunrises and Open water, overlooking Bonefish Bay in Key Colony Beach.  This property has a private 40 feet of dockage for your boat and comes with 2 one-person kayaks.  The boating access to the Ocean is quick and you can dock at Sparkeys for a bite to eat, or have them cook your catch.  Cabana Club Membership is included, which is a Beach and Pool in a private Club on Key Colony Beach. 

This adorable 2 bedroom 2 bath home is ground level, with a Huge screened-in porch and grilling area.  Modern kitchen and open-concept living areas.  Open water views from these living areas.  The first bedroom has 2 twin beds and utilizes the hall way bath. The master suite has a queen size bed and a private ensuite bath.  Washer and Dryer is off of the master bedroom bath. 

A great walking community, and close to the Cabana Club.  

Trailers must be stored at the Key Colony Beach Trailer storage area.  There is a daily fee. 
There are exterior cameras on the front and back of this property for security.
You must be 25 or older to rent. (25-year-old must be present during the entire stay)
7 night minimum
Max Occupancy: 4 Per the city of Key Colony Beach rule of 2 per bedroom plus 2. 

This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Dogs 60lbs or less allowed - must be pre approved. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.
