Our stay at this RV was amazing. It was the perfect size for me and my husband and it had everything we could possibly need. The location was perfection. You could tell the owners put a lot of thought into where to place the RV. The patio outside and the huge rocks were all so beautiful and it was great to sit outside in the cool evening air. We even had a visit from some really sweet dogs.
If we ever get a chance to visit Yosemite again, we would love to stay at this RV.
For a father/son weekend, my son wanted to stay in an RV. After researching all the headache and pain of trying to find, rent, haul, and get an open campsite somewhere, I was able to find this RV already setup. It was fun. On a dirt/gravel road the last 1/4 mile or so, but it was OK with our SUV. We enjoyed laying out on the big rock looking at the stars at night, as well as a visit from a deer.
Amazing experience as first timers staying in an RV. We were 2 couples and found the stay to be wonderfully pleasant and was not at all cramped despite it being an RV. The hosts were super communicative and helpful throughout our stay.
Oh! But do bring a big spray/mosquito repellent to make your stay even more enjoyable! We didn't have any but still had a wonderful time :)

This was the perfect "getaway" from Fresno without having to drive hours. Within a short 45 minute drive, we arrived to the perfect spot to relax. The RV Trailer was set up in the most cutest spot with outdoor relaxation in mind. My Husband, my Dad and I had a great time. Bret & Janel were so welcoming and very nice. We definitely will be coming back!!! Thanks Bret & Janel <3
Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. The rv was clean and had everything we needed. Was very close to Bass lake and the Host always got right back to us. Very nice people. I highly recommend the stay here
This was exactly as described. Perfect for our two night stay while visiting Yosemite. Peaceful and quiet which was exactly what we needed after a long day at the park. We didn’t need for anything and the one issue we r countered the owner immediately addressed to perfection. We would definitely stay again.
I stayed here with my three small children and it was lovely and cozy. It was clean and welcoming. The hosts were easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this camper.
The property is seated on the owner's property, but it still felt secluded and private. We enjoyed the stay as we went to Bass Lake and Yosemite. The trailer did have ant problems and we had to close everything up. It also needed a large cooking pan for eggs, etc. We had to use the large pot they provided and it was hard to clean after. Overall, it was peaceful and comfortable.
It was a last minute decision to join family members who were staying nearby. The location, excommunication with the host, and RV were excellent. Glad we were able to book this RV and made great memories with our loved ones.
The rv is amazing! Suitable for four people and sits comfortably. The shower was amazing everything about it was awesome being that it’s 30 minutes away from Yosemite makes it even better!

About the host
Hosted by Bret and Janel Nielsen
We have been hosting on Vrbo since the fall of 2013. Hosting has been a dream for me. We love our property and we we are always upgrading it to make it more inviting for our family, friends, and guests.
Why they chose this property
While Janel Ioves the upper end of the property, Bret loves the lower end because it has a more secluded and nature vibe. Actually, the property in whole offers so much with various swings throughout the property, a grassy backyard (upper end), fire pits and wildlife including consisting of deer, bunnies, quail, bear and sometimes mountain lions. This is rural after all. Of course we can’t forget our favorite animals…our Dog Blue and his doggy friends from next door.
What makes this property unique
Check out our multiple swings throughout the property.
