Welcome to Grandview East! This 4bd/3bth has OVER 1,900 SQFT. COMPLETELY UPDATED AND UPGRADED. Beautiful corner unit with gorgeous views.....Gulf front master! Pristine condition as the owner has never rented. Amazing upgraded kitchen with stainless appliances. Deeded parking space, walk right up one flight of stairs to your condo. Two minutes out to the beach or the beautiful pool! Sleeps 9 comfortably.

This beautiful unit has a gulf front king master with a private, ensuite bath with separate tub and shower. There is another king ensuite with private bath when you first enter the unit and also a queen guest room with bath attached that you can also enter from the hallway. Brand new bunk room (double bed with twin) with a tv for the kids!

You must be at least 25 years of age to reserve at Grandview East Resort. Check in is at 4pm with check out at 10am.

Hurricane Policy: full refund to guests if a mandatory evacuation for the Panama City Beach area is ordered by the Bay County Emergency Operations Center.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. Do you provide sheets, towels, pillows and other linens, or do we need to bring our own?
A. You do not need to bring bed, bath or kitchen linens. We provide a full set of sheets, pillows and blankets for each bed. Your unit will also have enough towels to accommodate the maximum number of guests per room type. We also furnish hand and and dish towels for the kitchen.
BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED, SO PLEASE BRING THEM!

Q. Is the kitchen furnished?
A. Yes, nicely! You can cook in as often as you like. We are fully equipped and ready for you culinary geniuses.
Q. If we check out early, will we receive a credit or refund?
A. Once you have checked in, you will not receive a credit or refund for any unused portion of your Panama City Beach vacation.
Q. Do you offer airport pick up?
A. Airport transportation is available from Sunshine Shuttle, or Uber and Lyft are also available.

Spring Break

It was the perfect location for our family to enjoy the beach and local attractions. We received prompt responses to our inquiries as well. A little more explanation of the parking lots would have been helpful so you would know ahead of time. We would definitely return for a visit.

Family friendly PCB Stay

I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone looking in PCB. The location was extremely convenient and not as crowded as other areas of PCB. There was plenty to do within walking distance. The beach was beautiful and the pool was nice. We had seven adults and two babies and it never felt too crowded.

Grandview 101

The condo itself is a beautiful, end unit, above the parking area. And, believe it or not, it’s nice and quiet! On the 1st floor, so an easy walk up or ride in the elevator. We didn’t think we’d see dolphins from this height, but we saw them almost every day! There’s a closet loaded with beach chairs, toys, etc. The kitchen is adequately supplied.Only cons: pool heater was broken during our stay due to the snow fall in January, there’s only 1 grill (but luckily for us we were never inconvenienced), the fitness center has broken equipment in it, and there’s no security for the parking that we noticed, although we assume someone must be checking to see that your vehicle has the correct parking pass).We would consider returning here for certain!

This resort was excellent! We have nothing but great things to say about Warren Beach rental! The location was great. The room was extremely clean and we had the best time! Very spacious and a great view! Would highly recommend and we have already booked for next year!

Great condo!

The room was great! The parking....not so much! The pool is way too small for such a big place. Very convenient to the beach! Overall great stay, i just wish they had a crosswalk over such a busy road. The condo was amazing!

Our stay was pretty decent. There were some things that could be better but over all it was pretty good. There was mold in the washer that we had to clean out and the top shelf on the refrigerator was broken. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Beach Getaway

Great condo on the beach. Condo was very clean, lots of space and amenities. Located by the stairs so we could avoid the elevators (per our choice) Comes with all the appliances you could need for a week away. There were also some beach toys and items available for use. Easy access to the beach and views were awesome.

First floor balcony, I felt I was right on the beach!

Loved the ease of access to the beach. Spacious unit with enough beds for 8 adults comfortably. Top bunk in bunk room only suitable for children, as the ladder access was metal steps very painful on adult feet. We would definitely come back!

Home away from home

Beautiful area, good view of the beaches and sunset’s. Beds comfy. Listing of channels for tv’s great but could be clearer as to what actual channels can be watched. Not all in group savey with gadgets. Also everyone with different equipment etc so guides on coffee maker, dishwasher, stove, washer and dryer. Easy to walk to Walmart, restaurants.

Fall Getaway

We definitely enjoyed our time, there are a couple of things that needed some attention but nothing that was a game changer or that ruined our stay. We wished there was a lower table to eat at as we had a little with us, or having a high chair, and there was some sand on floor on arrival but, you definitely can expect that being at the beach. We would definitely book again!

Spacious, comfortable, and clean!

Condo is very nicely decorated and is as the pictures indicated on the site. It is a very spacious corner unit and being on the first floor did not take away from the views and made getting in and out a breeze. We had 7 adults on our trip and there was plenty of room for all of us.

Dream Stay!

The condo was plenty of room for my husband and I and our 2 sons and families. Every door to enter the building was by code so I felt very safe. The condo was very well insulated as we couldn't hear any outside noise except for the occasional siren. Condo was well stocked with towels, beach toys, chairs, umbrella and every small appliance you could possibly need. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great Condo!

We had a perfect stay at Grandview. The condo was perfect. Beautifully decorated and clean. It had everything that we needed. Warren Beach Rentals was very communicative letting us know everything in advance, i.e. check-in instructions and check-out instructions. We ordered from Condoconcierge to have groceries waiting on us and they said they were wonderful to work with as well. The location was in a less busy part of town which we loved and made it easy to access the east and west ends of PCB.

The bunk room is too small for an adult (picture is misleading), we had a sugar ant problem, the condo was not clean when we arrived (sand in sheets), moldy shower curtain—however mgt was quick to respond and clean the place). The property is old and has ‘old building problems’. But the location was great and we had plenty of room for 7 adults and 3 kids.

Pleasant stay!

We had a great time. Condo was super nice and clean, as advertised! 1st floor condo was extremely convenient. Parking was a non issue! Only drawback, and its a minor one, the tv setup was confusing and hard to navigate! We had to use our phone hotspots to watch some sporting events that we wanted to watch. Yes, the unit has Wi-Fi but for whatever reason there must have been some restrictions set on the tv that we couldn't figure out! Overall grade A+
