Sea Palms is an ideal escape for any group: conveniently located to town and the idyllic North Shore beaches, yet just far away enough to spend your afternoons quietly overlooking the Caribbean waters. The open layout of this villa keeps everyone involved in the party. No matter if someone is preparing lunch in the well-equipped kitchen, lounging in the living room, or catching a breeze on the covered porch, everybody will be able to be part of the memory making.

If you’re looking for some privacy, retreat to any of the bright, clean guest rooms where you will have plenty of space to relax with your own covered veranda, complete with lounger and table and chairs. Steps away from the outdoor living space, the pool offers shade from large palms, as well as a sun drenched deck for working on your tan.
Each of Sea Palms three bedrooms are also all accessible to the interior of the house which makes it ideal for families!

The price is based on the number of people who occupy the property. Nightly rate is based on a 1-4 occupancy. Each additional guest above 4 is charged a per person per nights fee. Fun for Six!

We had 3 couples and the 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms worked out perfectly. The view from the back porch, deck and pool was magnificent. The property is reasonably close to shops and restaurants, yet very private. The kitchen had everything we needed and we usually had breakfast on the porch overlooking the ocean before heading to one of the beaches. It was a very enjoyable stay for our group of six!

Amazing vacation with adult children

Sea Palms was a perfect home for our family vacation on St John! The sunset views were amazing, the house was spacious both inside and outside. The communication between the home owners and management staff were great! Be aware the bugs come out after dusk everywhere on the island- bring bug spray! We highly recommend this villa! We will be back!

Great location and views!

We rented this location last minute for a birthday celebration and were so glad we did! The views from the deck/private pool were amazing to wake up to and see the sunset in the evenings. The pool was warm and great to have after spending the day at the beaches. Having the provided beach chairs, towels, and coolers made our trip even easier for the day out exploring the island and beaches. JP was great showing us around the property and recommending beaches/places across the island which was super helpful! Overall I would not hesitate to book this location again on my next visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect for our family of five. Exceeded our expectations. Check-in and -out process were simple, property management was easy to work with as well. The treats they gave us from North Shore Deli were delicious and very thoughtful. Highly recommend booking this home for your vacation in St. John. We can't wait to return!!

Sea Views out Every Window!

We really loved staying at Sea Palms. It was perfect for three couples, because you each have your own private bedroom and bathroom, but there is a large communal space if you want to hang out together. The pool was warm and refreshing after a day on the beach. The views are incredible. We also appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, beach bags and towels that are included. Sea Palms is a quick drive into town. We would definitely love to stay here again if we come back to Saint John.

Best St. John trip ever!

This villa was just perfect for our family of four. Every one has their own en suite bathroom and had privacy. The pool was perfect after a day at the beaches. The kitchen was well stocked and the view was gorgeous! JP checked us in and showed everything around the villa. Will definitely be back!!

Sea Palms is the best!

This property is unbelievably beautiful, comfortable and relaxing. It is comfortably furnished with everything one could need. We spent most of our week outdoors with delightful breezes and fantastic views. The lagniappe of a basket of snacks waiting in the fridge to tide us over until we could get to the store for food was such a friendly and welcoming touch. J. P. was great to show us the way there and around the property. This was truly a vacation to beat all vacations!!

Fabulous house just around the corner from Great Cruz Bay

This house is very well stocked from salt and pepper, to cooking spray and several other amenities such as 2 large beach towels & beach bags in all 3 rooms and chairs & coolers. The sunsets from the house were beautiful!

Sea Palms stunning views

My friends and I stayed here for a week and we had such a blast. The house was clean and spacious. The view out on the balcony for sunrise and sunset is absolutely breath taking! The pool was quite relaxing as well. My only complaint, the air conditioning throughout the bedrooms weren’t quite cooling for sleeping but not to bad. Overall, absolutely amazing!!

Sea Palms was a perfect place to stay on St. John. The villa has great views and excellent outdoor space to enjoy them. The kitchen had everything needed for our stay and the house was in very good condition.

Our family had an amazing time. The property had everything we needed, the WiFi was great - which was important for our teens. The kids loved the large en suites and we especially loved the saltwater pool- it had beautiful views and the palm trees provided much needed shade to parts of the pool and patio - which was welcomed after spending the day at the beach. JP the property manager was easily accessible via text as well.

Absolutely AMAZING!!!!

First time staying at a villa in St John and WOW were we so unbelievably happy with our choice of Sea Palms. Everything was perfect! Loved the open great room and really enjoyed the outdoor space! We definitely recommend this place!
