Charming 1930's house only a few blocks from the St. Johns River!

Nestled in the heart of historic Welaka, you will feel right at home in this charming house, built in 1930. Within these rustic walls, you will find two bedrooms, one full bath, a family room and breakfast nook with a flat screen television, fully- functioning kitchen, WIFI, and two game rooms. The front porch game room allows for indoor activities such as cards and board games. The back porch offers seating and an air hockey table.
The house is centrally located. A couple of blocks away is the public boat ramp, where you can launch your boat for a fun-filled day of fishing, cruising, or swimming on the river. Afterward, you can tie up at Bryant’s Wharf, Welaka’s public boat dock. The house is only a few hundred yards walk away!
Days on the water are always busy and can make one very hungry! Shrimps-R-Us and The Log Cabin are all within walking distance should you feel the need to work out your sea legs!
The house sits on half an acre and is ideal for storing your boat trailer as you enjoy your vacation.

Great trip back in time in Welaka

We were here for business, so not to much visiting the area but a great 1930's house with all the charm. Plenty of good restaurants and local store for food. Everything you need and more. I definetly recommend you will have a great experience.

Love this place!

The home was so cozy and quaint. I love how close it was to local places. We rode our bicycles around the back roads close to the river. Beautiful ride. There is also a gas station and a restaurant close by. We drove down to the 40 acre park with our 7 year old and spent a couple of hours down there playing and exercising. We felt safe here and when it rained it gave us a chance to play some of the cool boardgames that are stashed in the dining room. Oh and my favorite part was the library. Something for everyone, young and old. Beautiful home.

Adorable Home

We have stayed here before when visiting the area and will hopefully be able to stay here again when in the area. It is a well maintained older home with tons of character. It is conveniently located not just to the events we attend in the area, but also to the river. Comfortable beds that fit our needs.

We were five, ages 16 - 67. It’s an understatement to say the room layout is fabulous for a family. Beautiful inside on top of functional. Great assortment of entertainment provided as well. Looking forward to returning!

St. John’s Fishing

Great location for fishing the St. John’s due to central location with many access points. The property is very well maintained. The host was pleasant to work with and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

This was on a beautiful piece of property with amazing sunset on the river! The condo was very comfortable and very clean. It had everything i needed. Christine was a most gracious host!
