The fantastic, over approximately 90 square meter apartment can accommodate five people. It has a double bedroom with TV and adjoining full bath and two cozy single rooms, one of which can be used as a double room with pull-out bed. For this, a separate shower is also available. An open, fully equipped kitchen with two patio doors makes the apartment to a dream summer. After all, the terrace can be used in full sun utilization only by you. Behind the kitchen counter is a dining area with large dining table for six. The living room is flooded with light with a snuggly round corner and flat screen TV, a place to feel well all holiday members and through the adjoining conservatory. A storage room with vacuum cleaner, garden pads etc. can be accessed from the kitchen and turns out again to be very useful. The apartment of course has its own parking space at the house. The free use of washing machine is possible also is a Tchibo Cafissimo Compact coffee machine available.

Super Ferienwohnung..... gemütlich wie zu Hause
Ein sehr schönes Ferienappartement mitten in Westerland. Zu Fuß alles gut zu erreichen. Ganz tolle Aufteilung der Zimmer. Vom Flur kommt man zum einen in die Kinderzimmer mit kleinem Bad und zum anderen in das große Wohnzimmer mit Küche. Aus dem Wohnzimmer dann ins Elternschlafzimmer mit eigenem innenliegendem Bad. Leider steht eine Straßenlaterne genau vor dem Haus, so dass alle Schlafzimmer bei gekippten Fenstern ohne Nachttischlampen auskommen könnten. Bei Frischluftfanatikern die gerne im dunklen schlafen etwas schwierig. Ansonsten sehr sehr gemütlich. Auch der Wintergartenflair im Wohnzimmer hätte uns überzeugt, wenn das Wetter mitgespielt hätte. Leider hört sich Starkregen auf dem Kunststoffdach an wie Maschinengewehrsalven und fordert nach hohen Lautstärken im Innenraum. Trotzdem würde ich diese Ferienwohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Auch für kleinere Kinder und Jugendliche geht das eine Schlafzimmer mit Ausziehbett für 2 Personen, bei älteren, nicht mehr ganz so beweglichen Erwachsenen könnte es etwas umständlich und ziemlich eng werden. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend. Alles vorhanden und sehr stilvoll. Der Garten ist super. Abgetrennt und Ausbruchsicher. Alles in allem eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung.
