IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING OCEAN HOUSE:

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property! A copy of your Photo I.D. will be required at the time of booking.

*COMPLEX AMENITIES: (1) Elevator, Outdoor Zero Entry Pool, BBQ area with charcoal grills, Boardwalk to Beach, On Site Security Guard.

PARKING: Ocean House offers onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles, and a fee of $30.00 CASH each is required. Your parking pass will purchased be from the Guard on site at arrival. Ocean House has limited parking, therefore you can only purchase up to 2 parking passes and trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited. Please note that covered parking is only for Owners.

PETS: This is NOT a pet friendly property. Any evidence of a pet being on site may result in fines or possible eviction.

*MONTHLY RENTALS:
This property is available for monthly rentals during non-peak seasons. Please call or email our office for monthly rates.

*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, , to receive a refund of all monies paid minus your processing fee. Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

OCEAN HOUSE UNIT 1406:
Unit 1406 is a corner unit that stands apart from other units located in the Ocean House complex. The color selections in the new paint throughout is most welcoming and inviting to make you feel right at home.

With 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the floor plan is different but able to sleep 6 guests comfortably. The north facing bedroom offers King bedding, a private bathroom suite, and a private balcony that provides north-facing views of Gulf Shores. This space also provides a television to enjoy as you unwind from a day on the beach. Bedroom 2 offers Queen bedding, private bathroom, and also a television.

The spacious living area offers gulf front views and plenty of seating, which include a sofa, loveseat, oversized chair and recliner. Also provided in the living area is a Queen sized, Murphy bed enclosed in a cabinet, for additional overnight guests.

A gourmet kitchen with upscale appliances will be a delight to prepare meals in during your stay. Each cabinet and drawer is fully stocked with all items needed for cooking, and serving as well. A stack washer dryer is included for your convenience.

Ocean House offers a zero-entry pool with large sun deck and lounge chairs.

Area Attractions close by are: The Wharf, Waterville USA, miniature golf, Ft. Morgan, Tanger Outlet Mall, and Pinnacle Shopping Center. Also close by are exclusive golf courses.
