Our cozy holiday home is bright and friendly and is located in a quiet location with a pleasant view. Each room has a TV and free WiFi. Bed linen and towels are included in the room price.
On request, we are also happy to serve with a baby bed or high chair.
You have a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.)
with dining area available. The large garden with terrace is ideal for children.
Whether as a family vacation or for your company trip - we are there for you.
Due to the ideal motorway and S-Bahn connection, our guest house is the ideal starting point for trips into the mountains,
or to discover Munich.

Perfect in every way.
From the time we decided on Johanna's property as our base in Munich, our expectations were exceeded in every way. Every interaction we had with Johanna was delightful and immediate, the area of Hohenbrunn was lovely and perfectly located just a short train ride from the centre of Munich, and the property itself was charming and homely, exactly what we were after. We rented the entire house as we had a party of nine and had plenty of room. The village Christmas markets on our last day were a bonus, where the locals made us all feel more than welcome. Highly recommended!

Perfektes Wochenende trotz Regen! Perfektes Wochenende trotz Regen!
Wir haben ein wunderbares Wochenende mit Freunden in diesem gemütlichen, großen Haus verbracht! Obwohl das Wetter leider sehr schlecht war und es durchgehend geregnet hat, war das Haus ein perfekter Ausgleich. Es ist geräumig, gemütlich und hat eine wunderschöne warme Atmosphäre. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, alle notwendige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut erreichbar. Der Garten ist einfach top! Die S-Bahn Station ist in der Nähe, sodass man schnell in München am Marienplatz ist. Vielen Dank für das tolle Wochenende und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gerne wieder!
Sehr schönes Haus in guter Wohngegend. Man ist gut an die S-Bahn angebunden und in ca. einer halben Stunde in der Münchner Innenstadt. Die Gastgeberin war schnell erreichbar und sehr bemüht. Viele Grüße aus dem hohen Norden.

Hohenbrunn - a gem!
We stayed here while visiting Munich. The experience of the town was wonderful, the beer garden can't be missed. The train is around the corner and takes you to anywhere you might want to go. I would highly recommend this rental!

Our host was very responsive! She made us a cheesecake for a birthday in our group!! The guesthouse was perfect for our group of 10! The location to the s-baun was a short walk and only 25 mins into Munich!

Wir waren zur Messe in München. Alles sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Schnelle und unkomplizierte Anbindung an den ÖPNV zur Messe und in die Innenstadt. Sehr schöne ländliche Umgebung, die sich auch sehr gut für das morgendliche Workout eignet.

Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet und alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. Frau Maier ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Die Lage ist super. Ländlich gelegen aber trotzdem im Speckgürtel von München mit direkter Anbindung an die Autobahn.

Tolles Haus mit allem was man braucht in super Lage!
Wir waren für ein Wochenende mit unserer Jungs-Truppe im Gästehaus Johanna untergebracht und haben uns echt wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten genug Platz und es fehlte uns an nichts. Der große Tisch in der Küche lädt Abends zum verweilen ein. Die Lage ist auch super und man hat im Ort alles (bis auf einen Supermarkt) was man braucht. Wir waren in der Jochen Schweizer Arena zum Surfen. Da wir bestes Wetter hatten, haben wir das genutzt und haben einen Spaziergang (grob 50min) rüber in die Arena gemacht. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Awesome house, in a location that is perfect. Train station is a 10 min walk and a quick trip to anywhere in Munich. The autobahn is right there and can get any where. We spent time in Bad Tolz, Salzburg, Dachau and Munich. Awesome restaurants in the town. We loved it!! Thanks to the host

Excellent stay
We were a group of four traveling for four weeks. This was a nice break from hotels. We enjoyed the kitchen table, washer, and extra space. Local Italian restaurant was fast and good. Grocery store 3Km away, quiet country atmosphere. Would stay again.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus in ruhiger ländl. Umgebung vor den Toren Münchens
Sehr schönes und praktisches Haus mit 5 hübschen Schlafzimmern, fehlendes Wohnzimmer wird locker durch schönen Küchenbereich ausgeglichen, bei schönem Wetter super schöner Gartenbereich mit Terasse und riesigem Tisch nutzbar....,auch für kleinere Kinder ideal; die Vermieterin ist super nett und hilfbereit, Kontakt zuvorkommend; für gesellige Abende am großen Küchentisch zu empfehlen; für Familientreffen/ urlaub oder Gruppe absolut zu empfehlen!!

Große Unterkunft mit tollem Garten
Wir haben zu sechst eine Woche im Ferienhaus gewohnt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die vielen Zimmer sind schön ausgestattet, die Betten bequem und die Küche vollumfänglich ausgestattet. Der große Garten und die Terrasse laden zu gemütlichen Frühstücken und Abenden ein. Zudem sind eine tischtennisplatte und ein Grill vorhanden. Der Kontakt zu der Gastgeberin lief sehr angenehm, sie stand uns stets für Rückfragen zur Verfügung. Zudem ist München von der nahe gelegenen S Bahn Station schnell erreicht!
