Experience the epitome of luxury and family-friendly comfort in this newly updated condo overlooking the stunning resort pool, just steps away from the beach. With its ten-foot ceilings, built-in fireplace, and a 300 sq. foot balcony offering breathtaking pool views, this condo is a true oasis.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring quartz countertops and brand new appliances, including an LG gas stove with convection and air fry capabilities. The dining area comfortably seats 6, with an additional 3 seats at the breakfast bar. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors in the living room provide panoramic views of the tropical pool, while a 65" QLED 4K Smart TV offers entertainment options such as Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube. Adagio also provides expanded cable services.

The master suite boasts a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a large whirlpool soaking tub, separate walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and a double vanity. The room offers access to the balcony and features a mounted flat-screen TV. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The third bedroom features two full beds, a flat-screen TV, and an attached bathroom that opens into the hallway with a tub/shower combo. Additionally, there is a cozy bunk room in the hallway, perfect for the younger ones.

Adagio is a gated luxury beachfront property located in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach. Fun fall break
This was a great place to stay for our family. I loved that it was all on the same level, kept everyone close and we were trying to get time together. The balcony was lovely and we enjoyed eating out there. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beach was a quick walk. All in all it was a great stay. Would gladly stay there again!

Our stay at "Blue Water" was fantastic! This luxurious beachfront condo offers stunning views of the resort pool and easy access to the beach. The condo is beautifully furnished with three spacious bedrooms and a modern, well-equipped kitchen. The large balcony overlooking the pool was a perfect spot for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The amenities at Adagio, including the heated infinity pool, hot tub, and fitness center, were top-notch. The location is ideal, with nearby dining and shopping options. Highly Recommend! Blue Water exceeded all expectations. This condo is perfectly updated from the moment you walk in the door. Beautiful cook's kitchen with lovely quartz countertops has everything you need to prepare any meal. Extra large balcony overlooking the gorgeous pool has room to hang out, eat, etc. Comfortable beds for a great night's sleep. Everything was super clean. The beach is steps away. We walked to nearby restaurants and others were a short drive away. We will certainly be back to Blue Water. This was the perfect vacay spot on 30A for friends and family.

We love coming to Adagio and just spent a great week at Blue Water, D303. The condo has been completely renovated and is well outfitted with everything that we needed to cook and serve a beautiful dinner during our stay (we also enjoyed so many of the great restaurants on 30A). The large porch overlooking the 3-level resort pool is wonderful, we used it every day for morning coffee, afternoon naps and evening wine. There is a huge smart TV in the living room for streaming movies and large flat screens in every bedroom. The condo was even stocked with indoor and outdoor games for us! The resort amenities at the Adagio are unparalleled on 30A and the location is fantastic for walking to dinner or to hear live music - Cowgirl Kitchen, Mimmos, Redfish Taco, Blue Mountain Bakery and the Blue Mountain Creamery are all an easy walk. Our party of six had a wonderful week and we can't wait to return!

Great Girls Trip
Just returned from a great girls trip at Adagio Blue Water. The weather was perfect and the beach was just beautiful. We enjoyed being able to walk to meals several times - from breakfast and bloody's at the Cowgirl Kitchen and Blue Mountain Bakery to dinner at Mimmos and Blue Mable - all wonderful! The condo is beautiful and well equipped for all of our needs. Thanks for a fantastic girls trip, we look forward to coming back!

We love the Adagio and have stayed there for our vacations the last 6-7 years. Location can't be beat. This was our first time staying in any building other than A,B, or C. While being poolside provided a nice view, it was a bit more noisy which was understandable since little children seem to enjoy the pool more than the beach. Our oversized balcony provided a wonderful place for morning coffee or late night relaxing. Our only complaints are from within the condo. The floors appeared to have not been cleaned in quite a while. We could feel sand as soon as we arrived and the bottoms of our feet were black within minutes. The dryer does NOT work properly. We tried every setting and it took turning it back on 4 times before the clothes were dry. There is a lot of “dryer fuzz” all over the wall in the laundry room but never any on the lint catcher inside the dryer. You should probably have it looked at for possibly blockages. Other than that, the condo was decorated very nicely and had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful condo unit. Great location close to a few good restaurants and small gourmet grocery store within walking distance. Well equipped with everything you need. Very clean and modern. Appliances worked well. The balcony is large with great furniture to eat and/or relax. The beds are very comfortable. The fitness center was very convenient. The pool and pool area are well maintained and quite lovely. We definitely want to return next year. Our only complaint would be the master bedroom shower has mold on the tile, grout and at the threshold. Other than that we absolutely loved this condo.

Beautiful home, wonderful visit
Beautiful home in the perfect location. The condo has been completely updated and was very well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed being able to walk to several different places for breakfast and dinner. The beach and pools at Adagio are gorgeous - we loved that one of the pools was heated. We had a great time and look forward to returning.

What a get away!

Lovely beach home
We greatly enjoyed this condo for our family vacation! Upon arrival, I was initially impressed with the immaculate cleanliness! The entire condo has been well taken care of and updated throughout. The owners have thought of posts of details including extra blankets and games. The kitchen has ample supplies including dishes, utensils, pots, pans, blender, crockpot etc. The main pool was huge and rarely overcrowded. We are a family that typically likes ocean front property so that was a little disappointing; however we knew that when booking. The beach was a short 2 minute walk (yes I timed it). The views are gorgeous! I wish we would have known there were four beach chairs and an umbrella provided from the owner ( would have saved us some money). Negatives: we ran out of spoons every day, hardware from the drawers in the owners suite had been pulled off. All in all, this condo was perfect for our vacation. I would highly recommend!
