These are brand new apartments (two) year built 2014 years.
The are in the backyard next to this big house.
The apartment has a double bedroom and the living room has a sofa bed which can be optionally extended, for one person, or 2 children. A small kitchen, and 1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet are available to them. The apartment is naturally equipped with air conditioning, TV, wireless internet access.
An outdoor grill at the house is available.
Sufficient parking is available at the house.
The nearest pebble beach is in 250m distance. Another beach with water slide, pool, restaurant, etc. can be reached in 400m.
