We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Red River Cabin. We did have to wait to get in for check in, but the miscommunication was addressed and they got us in as soon as possible. Greg is very communicative, which was nice. The kitchen was well appointed! My only concern was continually bumping my head when I would walk down the stairs. If you are all, make sure to duck! Overall, we had a great stay.
Had a wonderful stay! Had lots of beautiful snow. Loved sitting in the whoolpool while the snow fell at night. Greg the host was amazing to communicate with different issues. Thanks again the Weisenfels Family.
This property was perfect for our family of 7! Everyone had their own sleeping area, and the 3 full bathrooms came in very handy. The kitchen had everything needed to dine in.
Two living rooms made it easy to spread out and relax. The 3-story A-frame gives a true mountain home feel.
Communication with Greg was exceptional!
Don’t overlook the essence of bringing a 4x4 vehicle in winter! I did, and learned the hard way, as my front-wheel drive SUV got stuck several times on the road leading to the home and getting up the driveway during a winter storm that dumped 12-14” of snow in one day.
We hope to return!!
Very large cabin close to town and ski area. Plenty of room for our 7 adults and 6 yo grandchild. The place was immaculate and super comfy. Host thought of everything right down to towels for the spa and explaining how the gas fireplaces worked. In winter you will definitely need 4 or AWD vehicles to get in and out. I imagine this place is equally or even more spectacular in summer and fall. Mountain views from every window and you can hear the creek below. The hot tub was the best for apes ski relaxing! Loved our stay!
Went with 2 families (4 adults, 5 kids) and had a blast. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of places to sit and relax. Kids loved the upstairs loft with 4 beds. We brought sleds and everyone loved sledding on the property. If you go in winter, 4WD/AWD a must in my opinion.
Could not have asked for anything more in this home. It was very comfortable for our family of 10 vacation. Host was exceptional in communicating throughout the stay. Excellent!
Over all a good place and we all had a very good time. The one negative thing about this property is it is not that friendly for parking Motorcycles. The drive with the gravel was a little hairy to go up on to park. Other than a few minor things, a very good stay.
