Charming pet friendly bungalow within walking distance of downtown Landrum and only 15 minutes from the Tryon International Equestrian Center.

Centrally located to Columbus, Tryon, and Campobello, and an easy drive to Asheville.

Starting with a walk through the picket fence gate and along the brick walkway to the welcoming front porch. Inside, a cozy living room welcomes you to relax and unwind. Spacious eat-in kitchen with all of the utensils needed to make a meal. Huge fenced in yard for your 4-legged family members. Full size washer/dryer completes this home away from home.

Pets welcome with prior approval and $100 non-refundable pet fee.

Comfortable home. Dog loved the fenced in back yard. Easy to work with owner. Finding some things was a bit of a scavenger hunt, but that is part of the fun in living in someone else’s house.

We had a lovely stay. There was plenty of space for our family, and the house was kept nice and clean. The decor was so fun - our kids started calling it the chicken house. Page was easy to get in touch with and made check-in/check-out a breeze. Would stay again!

Great house, quiet neighborhood, wonderful location
A wonderfully quaint and clean early 20th century home that is located in a quiet neighborhood, within easy walking distance of downtown Landrum and a great nearby park. Good online communication with the owner who was also very affirming of us bringing our two small dogs (who enjoyed the spacious fenced backyard!). We enjoyed using the property as home base for daily trips to nearby hiking trails and apple picking. We would heartily recommend this rental property!

Everything we wanted and needed!
This home is actually larger than the pictures would indicate. We loved sitting and sipping on the front porch..lots of sweet family time. The grill is amazing. We grilled twice😊❗And it was so nice to have the washer/dryer. Our son and daughter in love's chow, Louie, loved roaming around the yard. TV reception was great too. Great location in an established neighborhood but close to downtown. And Ingalls is only five minutes away. We had a great time at Overmountain Vineyards. Mostly dry and delicious wines. All around great stay.

This place is great
We came to stay for three weeks during a horse show. It was very comfortable for an extended stay. The dogs loved the yard, and there is a park nearby with a lovely nature trail. The neighborhood felt safe to walk around. The owner was very accommodating throughout our stay.

Lovely Cottage in a neighborhood
This is a lovely older home that has been well renovated. We had a wonderful stay. The property manager was available to answer any questions we had before arriving. I would definitely recommend this property.

Lovely home and even more lovely ownere!
We came to Landrum for my eldest son's wedding. This home has clearly been decorated and maintained with love and attention to detail. The host was not only attentive but so very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend staying here. It is a very short walk to the town center with quaint shops and you feel like you are coming home when you return. Thank you for providing such a wonderful home away from home!!

Quiet neighborhood, lovely house
This was a beautifully decorated home that is much roomier than it looks in the pictures, and was scrupulously clean and very comfortable. It was incredibly quiet at night. The little town is charming. We stayed here to travel the countryside looking at fall leaves and had a great time. There are plenty of parks and waterfalls and hiking trails within easy driving distance. We did have an issue getting in, however, because the keypad doorknob was broken. It was late when we arrived, and very windy and cold. After way too much time trying to make the thing work, I had to bother an elderly gentleman across the street to get the key. This was almost 10pm. I highly recommend that you check to make sure that has been fixed before you go. Also bring extra wash clothes. This is probably the 4th time in our stays at houses we’ve rented that I’ve had to go to the dollar tree to buy washcloths because only 2-4 have been provided for a stay of 5 or more nights. However, I would definitely stay here again if we come back! It’s a wonderful house!

Great little house!
Cute and comfortable house in a nice older neighborhood. Easy walk to downtown Landrum, less than 1/2 mile. Street parking- can get completely off the road on the side of the house. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Page, our host, was very responsive and attentive.

Great location easy to get to town for both Landrum and Tryon as well as TIEC. Also very easy to commute from both Asheville or Greenville-Spartanburg Airports! Very nice house and Page is very quick to respond! Can't wait to come back to Tryon and will definitely be booking this house in Landrum when we return next year!

Cute, clean, and comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. There are good restaurants within few miles and a nice downtown area. Area attractions are an easy drive away. Page was a great communicator and easy to work with. Would definitely stay again.. Our dogs loved the large fenced in yard!
