Luxurious One Bedroom Condo on the Beach

The condo is in the heart of mid-beach and the coveted Faena district. Enjoy your stay across the street from the ocean in the tastefully designed and spacious condo. The unit has a walk-in closet, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable queen-size bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a proper dining area as well as a keypad door for easy self-entry and check-in and check-out.

Location:
This condo is across the street from one of the most beautiful beaches in Miami and is located in a very walkable neighborhood. Chairs and umbrellas are available to rent from many vendors situated on the beach. Within walking distance are some of the best bars and restaurants in Miami Beach. From the living room window, you can see partial views of the ocean and wild parrots!

Check-in & Check-out:
Check-in is any time after 3 PM and check-out is any time before 11 AM.

Bedroom:
This home sleeps 4 guests: 2 guests in 1 bedroom and 2 guests on a queen sofa bed with a memory foam mattress in the common area. The TV is located in the living room. There is a walk-in closet for luggage space.

Bathroom:
The fully renovated bathroom has plush towels, a hairdryer, a clothes steamer, toilet paper, and soap.

Kitchen & Dining:
The kitchen is fully renovated and stocked. It has a mini-fridge, blender, drip, and pod coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave, stove, and dish soap. We offer free coffee and tea K-Cups for your first day.
The dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware.

The space
We want our guests to have a safe, pleasant, and comfortable stay. The property is thoroughly cleaned in accordance with CDC and WHO guidelines.

There is an elevator in the art deco building. The unit has WiFi, cable with over 100 channels, Smart TV, a washing machine, and an air conditioner. We also provide 4 beach towels, a beach blanket, a beach umbrella, a beach bag, and an umbrella for your convenience.

There is a washer in the unit in the kitchen area. There are dryers available in the basement of the building for a $1.75 fee. You can use the stairs in the back of the building to get to the basement.

The trash disposal area/garage bins are located outside on the right side of the building.
