I grew up on Long Island and live in the city with my husband and daughter. We have a home in Southampton and my parents condo in East Moriches for when we want to boat on the bay. It's the perfect mix of city and outdoors life!
Why they chose this property
This condo is very special-- it's the end unit, so you have panoramic views of the bay, dock and woods. The condo community is mostly open space with resue horses, geese, a dock and community pool and tennis courts. It really is the perfect summer getaway without the high pricetag of a house.
