Meticulously remodeled with no expense spared and awash in natural light with great backyard space and a killer pool. The home has a large open concept living room with 75" TV (w/ Netflix & Hulu), spacious kitchen island with waterfall quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances in the cook's kitchen, all of which opens to the private backyard with pool. There is a 2nd living room (the den) with another 75" TV, towering ceilings, mini-fridge in the built-in cabinet and console, and additional dining table. Entire home is single story with 5 bedrooms and 3 incredible bathrooms, each one of a kind. Home has washer, dryer, and EV charger in the attached garage as well as outdoor dining table and lounge areas under a covered patio. Comfortable, warm, and modern space fully equipped! Modern and awesome home

This is clearly one of the best vacation rent properties we have stayed at. The pictures and description in the listing is accurate. Very modern and plenty of room for a large family. Extremely clean and my extended family felt at home. Neighbour hood is clean and super convenient to Casinos and shopping. Really appreciate that the host gave us tips to stay safe.

Solid Weekend Getaway

Very clean and well equipped property. Uber ride to and from the Strip was usually about 15 minutes as advertised. Walking distance to a few small places as well. Kitchen / entertainment room was terrific with a nice pool. The pool heater did not work when we stayed but it was a very minor inconvenience. Beds were also comfortable. Overall, would definitely book again!
