As advertised this is a tiny house! The layout makes it very functional and the only place that felt tiny was the bedroom. The huge windows made it very sunny and open. Despite being close to other houses the space and yard felt very private with the windows overlooking a wooded lot and a fire pit. Close to Cooperstown and 5 - 10 mins from shopping and restaurants. The host was excellent in communicating and I really appreciated the no fuss stay.
Wife and I stayed here for a long weekend and were very happy with the property. Clean, quiet, and a short drive to Cooperstown and Fly Creek Cider Mill. Would definitely recommend.
My daughter and I stayed here while my son and husband stayed at Dreams Park. We loved the tiny house! It was clean, well decorated, the property manager was very responsive and only a 15 minute to Dreams Park. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!
Quiet country setting. Conveint to Cooperstown ⚾️ Very clean. Host was quick to respond to texts. Pet friendly
Definitely will come back when i travel to this area of New York again.
We stayed here as a base for our Cooperstown visit. It was perfect! Cooperstown was a short 15 minute drive away and in the evenings we would come back and enjoy the peace and quiet and beautiful setting. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our time.
We were traveling as a family of five to visit family for the holidays- the house was small but well appointed and felt larger with the loft and layout. Great kitchen and location was convenient to Cooperstown. Very clean too! Thanks for a great stay!
We stayed here when our grandsons played baseball in Cooperstown. The house is about 15 minutes away. Very tidy and cute house. Would recommend this house, just as pictured.
Newer cabin, fully equipped, with AC, large yard, WiFi and tv. About 15 to 20 minutes to town but great location for privacy. Owner was easy to contact and responsive. Ladder to loft beds, other bedroom on first floor.
I spent a week in this tiny house, and yes, it's tiny! The washer and dryer are in the bedroom, so there's no room for a nightstand. I used my luggage. There wasn't a good place to store my week's worth of clothes, either. I figured it out.
Other than those minor inconveniences, this place is lovely.
The host was awesome, very quick with responses. He even followed up on s question to make sure it was settled
This was a great place to stay while my son played at Cooperstown! It was an easy 18 min drive to the stadium and there was plenty of space for myself, my husband and 4 and 9 year old! The house was clean, new and the owner answered all our questions promptly! We would definitely recommend this for families traveling in from out of town for baseball!
Loved this house. Master bedroom had such a comfy bed and tons of extra blankets in main room to make it cozy.
It’s a small space but they maximize it and it’s so clean and modern and welcoming. Very close to Cooperstown, probably about a 15 minute drive!

The house didn't feel at all tiny because of its nice layout. Having a full kitchen, plus a washer and dryer, was very convenient. Plus, it was stocked with everything we could need - extra blankets and towels, toiletries, spices/condiments, cleaning supplies. The host was also wonderful (we got a little lost on the way there and had to call for directions).

Nice little house
Nice, clean little house that had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable.
We had the wrong address so we had a hard time finding it to begin with, but once we got the correct address it was easy access to the home. Brad was great to check with us if we needed anything. Short easy drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this tiny house. Accommodations were great and all the little things were included by the owner. Only slight negative was the distance to the fields where our grandson was playing in a tournament and the Hall of Fame exhibit. But this was hardly worth complaining about as the setting for the tiny house was quiet and tranquil. Would highly recommend for anyone!
For a tiny house, the main living area was pretty spacious. There are 2 large floor to ceiling windows that let in a lot of natural light- this makes the home feel not so tiny:)
There is a full size stacked washer and dryer in the bedroom, that is not pictured.
The loft has 2 twin beds.
The bathroom was not cramped, with a big shower.
The property is nice and well kept.
We stayed here while our son played at Cooperstown Dreams Park. It was a good 20 minute drive to the fields.
We enjoyed our stay at this beautifully built house!
Owner is deserving of super host status. Fully stocked small home, 15 min. from Cooperstown. Well thought out tiny home concept with excellent lighting and full size appliances, a nice touch. Lots of extras we did not end up using. Would suggest getting a different type of shower curtain hook as the curtain kept coming off the rings in several places. Also, some not use to well water may take note of the associated iron/sulfur smell. Recommend for couples or small family of four.
We stayed here while my son played at Cooperstown, Dreams Park. I was a little nervous staying by myself with 2 kids (ages 8 and 9) and a dog while my husband, as head coach, stayed in the barracks with the boys but house itself was so warm and welcoming, I felt comfortable the second we walked in. The kids immediately fell in love with the loft area and loved all the warm blankets and comfy beds. The property was beautiful, secluded but not isolated and very well kept. Brad (the property owner) was amazingly responsive and attentive and even the neighbors we met were great. The attention to detail was superb - my kids loved the "in case you forgot" basket in the bathroom - I had to keep reminding them we had all of those items, but it was such a nice touch and we enjoyed the Starbucks coffee (sorry I think we may have finished it). It was about an 18mins to Dreams Park, about 15min to Coopertown Hall of Fame etc and both were a relatively easy drive once I found the best route. Overall, it was exceptional quality, wonderful host and we will absolutely stay there again if it's available when we return for my younger son's Cooperstown trip in 3 years. Thanks so much! 5 stars!
The tiny house was just as described. Clean, in excellent condition, and comfortable for two people and one large, well behaved dog. We appreciated the large yard area, and given that we were there in November, the "fireplace" and many cozy blankets. Host was very responsive to texts and everything went smoothly. Easy drive to Cooperstown.
My family & I Were at this lovely property for 6 nights. The tiny house was a perfect place for us to call home while our son competed in a baseball tournament at dreams park. It was a 19 min ride to the fields and close to downtown. We utilized the creek for fishing, unfortunately time didn’t allow us to get in the canoe to explore the remaining creek & lake. House is ADORABLE, Very clean & everything you need is there- 2 markets are nearby, which make it super easy. The property is beautiful & Brad was great! I would definitely rent the tiny house again if I’m ever up that way. 5 stars!!!
