Our newly built (2015) apartment with a size of about 90m² can accommodate 2-6 people and is located throughout the 2nd Floor. The property is not only ideal for families with children, but also for a small group of friends as it has 3 separate double bedrooms with extra laundry facilities.

- Bed linen, towels and bath towels are provided free of charge.

The final cleaning € 40,00 and tourist tax (€ 3,00 per person and day over 15 years) is not included in the price, please pay on the spot.

The small hamlet Haderlehn is located on a small, idyllic plateau about 2 km above Sautens. A perfect place to spend a few days in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere surrounded by nature.

summer vacation:
Our apartment is surrounded by beautiful mountains of the Ötztal Alps and are the starting point for hikes and mountain tours. Outdoor activities such as rafting, mountain biking, paragliding, high ropes course and much more is offered in the immediate vicinity and can be reached in just a few minutes. From mid-June to October, the cable car Hochötz is open and offers a magnificent panorama at 2000m above sea level. And with the newly built WIDIVERSUM in 2016 with 17 play and adventure stations around the reservoir Hochötz a must for all families!

Winter vacation:
In winter, our apartment is an ideal starting point to the various well-known ski resorts such as. Hochötz, Sölden, Kühtai, Obergurgl, Hochzeiger and the glacier areas Rettenbachferner, Tiefenbachferner and Pitztal Glacier.

The nearest family ski area Hochötz (about 10 minutes away) is connected by a direct ski bus shuttle directly from our accommodation, convenient and free.
Also 2 toboggan runs are in direct proximity.

Summer and winter, the Ötztal / Sautens offers a wide range of activities for young and old, whether you want to make your holiday a little more comfortable, or maybe you rather want to experience more excitement.

Lovely, Quiet Place in Tyrol
The hosts were extremely kind. We had a language barriar but worked evrything out. The rental is on a farm above the small town. Very scenic and relaxing. Towels and sheets were included in the price - a definite plus.

Nice property in a beautiful location
Met by the owner when we arrived, we had a slight language problem but that was easily remedied. The flat is on the top floor of the house and is really nice and has everything you could want, would we stop again, definitely, the place is perfect really.

Great place! Very clean and well decorated. Had everything we needed for a family of 6 including kitchen. Easy communication with host. Would definitely stay here again. If you are looking for an alpine location, this is it. Quiet location above Sautens with great views and balconies to relax and drink coffee. Thanks for the family memories.

*** Viel Platz und viel Ruhe ***
Die Ferienwohnung ist großzügig und liegt ruhig abgeschieden am Berg. Das ist dann auch der einzige Nachteil, da Besorgungen oder Restaurants nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen sind. Aber das sucht man sich ja bei dieser Lage bewußt so aus!Die Gastgeberfanilie ist sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Auch die süßen Kälbchen im Stall haben wir täglich gerne besucht!Wir haben die weiße Weihnachten dort sehr genossen - tolle Aussicht, Wanderwege vor der Tür und viel Ruhe.Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr groß und vollständig ausgestattet!Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Prima verblijf. Aardige gastvrouw en gastheer. Vakantiewoning onderdeel van een boerenbedrijf met koeien en activiteit met trekkers wat zeker zijn charme heeft. Fantastisch uitzicht en mooi appartement. Enig minpunt is dat maar op 2 kookplaatjes gekookt kan worden.

Wir hatten diese hübsche Unterkunft auf dem Berg in traumhafter Kulisse für Nächte gebucht, da wir wandern wollten, sind jedoch nach einer Nacht wieder weg. Im Inserat steht nichts von einem konventionellen Milchbetrieb. Angekettete Kühe, kälbchen allein in einzelboxen. Das Haus ist umgeben von Wiese, aber die Kühe stejem in ihrem Mist im Stall. Ich trinke schonmlange keine Miöch mehr, das war zuviel. Muss man im Inserat doch sagen.

Tolle Wohnung und super nette Gastgeber
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Umgebung bietet viele Ausflugs- und Abenteuermöglichkeiten, während das Haus sehr ruhig gelegen ist und zum Ausruhen einlädt. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung für Freunde und Familie
Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Die 3 geräumigen Schlafzimmer sind sauber, ordentlich und die Betten bequem, wenn man die Betten etwas härter mag. Auch die Mitreise eines kleinen Kindes hat uns nichts ausgemacht, da 2 der Schlafzimmer etwas weiter weg sind als das große neben dem Wohnzimmer. Die Küche ist klein aber hat alles was man braucht. Der Ausblick vom vorderen Balkon ist herrlich und auch bei schlechtem Wetter hat man so eine gemütliche Zeit in der Wohnung. Bis ins nächste Dorf oder ins Tal runter ist es ein Stück mit dem Auto, zu Fuß würde ich es nicht empfehlen. Aber so hat man abends auch seine Ruhe und kann den Tag ausklingen lassen. Bad, WC und auch alle anderen Räume waren vorbildlich. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Ein wunderbares Fleckchen Erde
Wir sind Wiederholungstäter und auch dieser Aufenthalt war wieder einwandfrei. Familie Fürruter hat uns herzlich Willkommen geheißen und uns zwischendurch sogar mit selbst gebackenen Kuchen versorgt. Der Hof liegt etwas oberhalb von Sautens und wir konnten direkt drauf los wandern und auch Fahrrad fahren. Wir sind auch dieses Mal rundum zufrieden gewesen!

Ein perfekter Urlaub trotz mäßigen Wetters!
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr ruhig etwas außerhalb von Sautens gelegen im obersten Stock des Hauses. Der Blick vom Balkon und den vorderen Zimmern auf die umliegenden Berge ist fantastisch! Die Küchenausstattung der Fewo ist perfekt. Sie hat 2 Toiletten und eine sehr gut funktionierende Dusche. Die Zimmer haben eine angenehme Größe. Die Wirtsleute sind sehr gastfreundlich. Es gab sogar selbstgebackene Kleinkuchen! Uns ist absolut nichts Negatives aufgefallen! Wr würden jederzeit wieder buchen! Das Ötztal bietet jede Menge Möglichkeiten Urlaub verschiedenster Art zu machen!

Rundrum gelungener Kurzurlaub
Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich etwas außerhalb des Ortes in Hanglage. Fünf Minuten Gehzeit und man befindet sich direkt am Beginn mehrerer Wanderwege. Die Wohnung verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett. In jedem Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Waschbecken. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit großer Couch. Auf der westlichen und östlichen Seite befindet sich jeweils ein großer Balkon. Wir mussten unsere Ankunftszeit kurzfristig ändern. War kein Problem, unsere Gastgeberin wartete geduldig auf uns, obwohl sie einen Termin hatte. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen auf jeden Fall nochmal.
