Not what we thought

Based on the description we were expecting a one bedroom house with room to cook and also do laundry. This rental is a bedroom downstairs of a residence in a very affluent area. It was just a bedroom, a counter with a small sink and a wine/beer cooler. We did have a patio off the bedroom with a beautiful view of the mountains.

Good but listing inaccurate

The view from patio was great. It is typically shady. There was no washer and dryer as written I list of amenities. When we asked about these amenities, we were told “not really”. Please change this, it may be important to customers, as it was to us. This casita is part of a large home in a gated community. Instead of a lock on the double door to the rest of the house, they gave us a bike chain to secure the doors. This seem “schlocky”. It was somewhat noisy (barking dog; people coming/going) during early AM and late afternoon hours.

Beautiful setting and accommodations

We very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place with wonderful views and great amenities. Definitely recommend for a couple wanting to stay and get out and explore all the Fountain Hills area has to offer. Good access to Scottsdale and Mesa areas as well.
