Newly remodeled, wholesome 2 story beach house, in a quiet La Jolla neighborhood. This spacious 5 bedroom / 4 bath is close to Windnsea Beach (.5 mi ~ 10 min walk), Pacific Beach (1.5 mi ~ 5 min drive), and Downtown LJ (1.5 mi ~ 6 min drive). You’ll love my home because of its central location and comfortable amenities including brand new beds, all the kitchen/bath essentials, wireless internet and Netflix, and outdoor space with hot tub! Please be courteous to our amazing neighbors :)

The Space:
The first floor offers an airy open living and dining space complete with hardwood floors, oversized stainless steel appliances, reverse osmosis water filtration, and a large granite countertop perfect for family-style dinners! The upstairs game room, living room, and master bedroom come fully equipped with large wall-mounted smart TV's and Netflix preloaded for your entertainment. The upstairs and downstairs bathrooms have been newly remodeled and the master comes complete with a sizeable shower and tub. This house was designed for comfort, so each bedroom has new high-quality mattresses with Egyptian cotton sheets.

The backyard has an open picnic area, cozy above-ground fire pit, and hot tub ready to be enjoyed! In addition to the easy proximity to the beach and Bird Rock shops, the house backs up directly to the La Jolla walking trail. A great access point for bike riding, walking/running!

Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every stay. As a host, we care about the health and well being of our guests and their families.

Guest Access:
You can access the home through the front door or gate. The only area of the house that will remain locked is the garage.

Getting Around:
This houses central location gives you the ability to walk or bike ride to anywhere you might need to go. Whether its the beach or a nice meal out it will never be more than a few minutes out of reach.

Other Things to Note:
If you are booking this house with the intention of hosting a large event please reconsider. This is a quiet neighborhood and the property manager lives down the street. We have a zero-tolerance policy on parties and noise after 10:00 pm. We care about our neighbors and would like for everyone to have a great experience.
