The apartment is perfect for 2 people or for families with up to 2 children. Pets are possible - please inquire!
The 32qm large studio consists of:
# a spacious living / sleeping room with a double bed (160x200) and a high-quality couch with bed function (= slatted frame and mattress 150x200);
# in the entrance area is a kitchenette;
# the bathroom with shower and toilet.

The balcony / loggia is 6sqm large, located west side with beautiful views over the Wolfgangsee and the surrounding mountains.

The apartment is in the 2nd Floor (lift available!) a hotel complex.

For the final cleaning will be charged € 30, -.
Local tax: € 1.90 per person per night will be charged additionally on arrival.

Stylisches Apartment mit Traumblick
Schicke kleine Ferienwohnung, coole Lage und sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, alles unkompliziert und schnell abgewickelt. Bequemes Bett, große und moderne Dusche, alles nötige vorhanden. Der Ausblick auf den See ist traumhaft schön! Leider ein bisschen hellhöriges Haus.

Beautiful views of wolfgangsee
Frank's apartment is an ex-hotel that now turned into an apartment building. The Apartment has been redone beautifully with new furniture and bathroom and it is super clean. The view of the lake is amazing and you can sit on the balcony watching the sun rise and set over the mountains. YOu can even cook basic meals on the electric cooker and there are pots and pans and a 4 seat table. With the sofabed you have place for 4 adults even. (we had 2 small kids) THis year was super hot and it was very warm during the night so we had to sleep with the door open to the balcony, so potenially an aircon could be something that I would consider installing (the neighbouring unit has one) The only thing is that the main road goes past the house so you can hear the cars passing all day, but they are not very fast so its OK. Frank is super helpful and explained everything and even gave access to the underground car park, so overall this is an amazing place and thanks again that we could stay there. Will come back here next time we're in the area.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in einer modern eingerichteten Wohnung.. Allerdings liegt sie sehr nah an einer viel befahrenen Straße.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet, nur die Strasse war bei geöffnetem Fenster störend . Die Landschaft ist traumhaft schön und sehr abwechslungsreich. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und stellte uns noch einen weiteren Abstellplarz für unsere Fahrräder zur Verfügung.

Super Kurzurlaub am Wolfgangsee
Wir waren 3 Nächte in Strobel und waren begeistert. Der Empfang an der Ferienwohnung war wie vereinbart. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, und hat uns alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber und Ordentlich. Alles war vorhanden um eine angenehme Zeit zu verbringen. Es gab genug Platz vor dem Hotel und einen eigenen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Die Aussicht ist super. Blick auf den See. Wir hatten bei der Anreise ein Problem mit unserem Auto. Der Vermieter war uns behilflich eine passende Werkstatt in der Nähe zu finden. Hat alles schnell geklappt. Fazit. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen. Kann man nur empfehlen.

Schöner Ausblick über Strobl auf den Wolfgangsee
Die sehr schön und funktionell eingerichtete Ferienwohnung entsprach den Fotos. Mit dem Blick aus dem Fenster oder vom Balkon ist der Ort Strobl und dahinter der Wolfgangsee zu sehen. Bei geöffneter Balkontür ist deutlich, vorallem während der Woche, die Verbindungsstraße nach St. Wolfgang zu hören. In der Wohnung befinden sich alle für den Alltag wichtigen Geräte und HIlfsmittel, auch Staubsauger und Fensterreinigungsmittel. Da zur Zeit noch einige Nachbarappartments und der Aufzug renoviert werden, waren Baustellengeräusche vorhanden. Dies kann in einem Monat merklich weniger sein. Super wäre es, wenn das im Haus befindliche Schwimmbad, Sauna und mögliche Restaurant (ehemaliges Hotel) wieder in Betrieb gehen würden. Die traumhafte Lage bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, Radfahren, Schwimmen und zum Besichtigen. - Gerne mal wieder zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und hilfreich.

Schöne Tage am Wolfgangsee
Wir haben unsere Zeit in Strobl sehr genossen & schauen rückblickend auf eine tolle Woche zurück! Dank der Lage, der guten Ausstattung & des tollen Balkonblickes auf den Wolfgangsee war das Apartment perfekt für uns und ein guter Startort für Wanderungen in und um Strobl! Zudem wurden wir super nett empfangen und waren total flexibel, was die Anreise Zeit angeht. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Kurzurlaub am Wolfgangsee
Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt in diesem sehr schönen Feriendomizil. Die Kommunikation und die Übergabe der Wohnung mit Herrn Vockner war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, gut eingerichtet und aufgeteilt und der ideale Startpunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist der Balkon in westlicher Ausrichtung und die Möglichkeit zum Abstellen des Fahrzeugs in der Tiefgarage. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können dieses Domizil uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
