Start your morning in a rocking chair on the lovely screened-in porch with a cup of coffee. Once you’ve decided how to spend your day, head inside to the well-equipped galley kitchen for breakfast prep. Be it pancakes or cereal, you’ve got all the gadgets you need on hand. When it’s time to eat, step over to your adjacent dining area for six, and then stack the dishes in the dishwasher when you’re done. When it’s time to head out, you’ve got access to shared tennis courts and a shared pool. The Shipyard Golf Club and the beach are minutes away. After a day on the greens, on the court, or in the water, head back home and get comfortable for the evening. Each of the upstairs bedrooms has a private deck, and there’s a shared deck outside with a gas grill and table for four, perfect for dinner and a sundowner. Get comfy on the living room sofas before bed and watch some TV on the flatscreen. Just make sure that backhand is ready for the courts tomorrow.
