Stairwell Tread Repairs will begin March 31, 2025. Work will be done one stairwell at a time. Stairwells under repair will be closed off.
The Roof Replacement Project is scheduled to begin on April 14, 2025, starting with the 1000 building. Each building is expected to take approximately three weeks to complete.
Walkway Coating will start with the 2000 building on April 21, 2025. This process will not allow occupancy in the units of the 2000 building for four days, weather permitting. Once the roof is complete on the 1000 building, they will replace the first-floor coating systems in the 1000 building. That date and walkway/elevator closures will be confirmed, and notice will be sent out as the roofing is wrapping up on the 1000 building.
Rough estimate of construction completion: June 15th, 2025.

Wonderful spot in Seagrove Beach!

We loved our location...right on 30A! The condo was mere minutes ( walking) or a fun golf cart ride ( provided for you to use) to the beach. They are plenty of delicious and yummy restaurants within golf cart distance. The condo was spacious and clean. I appreciated the gated entry ( pin required)to Seagrove Highlands.

Spring Break 2024

Location and condo very nice. Only thing I could think of is the kitchen was not as well stocked with items that you would think. I purchased a cheap can opener and left it there for the guests and the place sleeps 7 but only 4 plates. Other than that we really enjoyed the place.

First time -Spring break

The golf cart and bicycle amenities were a plus added to this rental for the flexibility of options to travel around. Especially when teens want to venture to different locations. Love the proximity of the condo unit being both close to downtown, but nestled far enough away near the trees and privacy from noise of downtown. Beach access and local restaurants within walking distance of condo was a plus as well to avoid crowds. Favorite was the little screened porch balcony to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon drinks with a view of nature.

Great Vacay!

Great location! Golf Cart was a plus! Enjoyed the screened porch. Attentive maintenance when we needed ice maker looked at. Stocked with plenty towels and necessities.

Nice condo

Good location, nice condo. Vacasa could improve the experience greatly by including more than a single roll of toilet paper (6 people for 5 days = one roll is not sufficient) and more than 1 garbage bag (again, 6 people for 5 days - more than 1 bag of kitchen trash). It's not a long enough stay to go buy these supplies, and including more toilet paper and trash bags would help a lot more than the pennies they would cost.

Perfect location! The condo was very clean and comfortable. Easy beach access. Low traffic around the condos. Couldn’t have had a better stay.
