Combined seating for five is available at the breakfast bar and dinette table. The bedroom has been beautifully outfitted with your comfort in mind and includes a recently remodeled en suite bathroom with a new shower. On-site boardwalks offer easy beach access and a sparkling resort pool with lounge deck offer swimming and sunbathing closer to home.

Good beach getaway

Good unit with solid amenities. Great beach access and fairly uncrowded beachfront. Friendly neighbors and easy to get to. Would go back.

Wonderful Property!!

My wife and I stayed for a weekend and it was such a clean and wonderful place. Conveniently located to food and entertainment for plus direct access to the beach. We will be looking to stay here again in the future for sure!

Birthday Weekend at the Beach

The location was great. Everything about the condo was great except a couple of mechanical issues, which didn’t ruin the visit, but was annoying. The rail to the bedroom bathroom door had issues. The door wouldn’t slide. Guest services was responsive and offered to send out someone to fix it. Then we found out that the sink drain in the other bath was stuck shut closed. Other than that, the unit looked like it was recently nicely remodeled. The first floor view of the ocean was excellent. We would visit again.

We didn’t want to leave!!

We loved watching the sunrise from the balcony every morning, coffee in hand! Loved that there was an elevator, loved the walk in shower, the fully stocked kitchen, the coziness of the building!

This property was well equipped and perfect for my husband and I. It would have been very comfortable with 2 children as well. Check in/out process was great. We would definitely stay here again.

PERFECT location!

The location was perfection! The ocean view was breathtaking from the balcony! Loved being only steps away from the beach. The ease of check in was a plus! We are hoping to return soon!

Pretty location & great design but needs maintenance

Perfect, quiet location right on the beach. Lots of little maintenance issues that need to be fixed - dead remote batteries, broken trash drawer pull, and more. No nightlight in the entire place, either! The mattress was the worst - mega squeaky and uncomfortable. Please replace soon! We sucked it up but oh man the issues were a lot to overlook.

The condo had nets, no blankets. The hot water didn’t work it was horrible. It was a nightmare and one casa refuse to refund me portion of my payment.

Nice property

The property was very clean, decorated nicely. Great for 2 people. We had a few issue the shower in the hall did not work properly, also the smoke detector needed a new battery kept chirping. No fault of the place The other issue was it was bike week. You could not sleep because the motorcycles would sit at the turn with their stereo blasting. All hours of the night

The Condo on the Ocean

I hated to leave. You are only feet away from the Ocean. The Condo itself was clean and very comfortable. Easy to restaurants and any kind of store you needed. I hope to visit every year. This was one of my best finds.

Crescent Towers 1 - Condo 102

Great one bedroom 2 bathrooms condo. Nicely decorated and loved have a washer dryer in the unit. Great view of the beach Lovely well equipped kitchen. Only downside is there are no closets to hang anything up and the bathroom shower curtains need changing. When we got there the air conditioning was not working but we called and they had it fixed in a few hours and all the people I talked to were very nice and helpful. Great place for 2 people.

Family friendly

I couldn’t begin to express how much we loved our little family getaway! The condo was beautifully updated and in a perfect location. Our 8 year old loved the Monopoly board game. The only downside we could find is a slightly leaking shower head but even that was nothing when we were to busy loving the view from the balcony! We will most definitely be back!

Beautiful unit but small

Unit was nicely decorated but in need of some minor repair. The shower heads were horrible! Changed one of them out because we needed a decent shower during our stay. The master closet, besides being extremely small, the door was off the track and wouldn’t close. The previous renters trash was still in the receptacle in the kitchen. Besides that, we had a great time.

Right on the beach!

This one-bedroom condo was very nice! It is perfect for a couple or a small family of 3 or 4. It has a well-stocked kitchen. We loved the view of the beach and the easy access to the beach! We also enjoyed the location of Crescent Towers. It was close to plenty of things to do, shopping, shows, Barefoot Landing, restaurtants. Check in and check out went smoothly. We had all the information we needed in plenty of time. We would definitely stay here again.

Sweet condo on the beach

We had a sweet short stay at this condo as a family of 4. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. You can’t beat the location with only a flight of stairs and direct access to the beach! Only a couple issues with a torn shower curtain liner and could use new shower heads ;-).

Great location, lacked cleanliness and parking

Great location, tastefully decorated. Horrible parking situation. No way each condo has one open spot let alone the 2 that they advertised. Bathrooms had hair, dust, sand , and dirt on floor against baseboards and collected in corners, and inside of medicine cabinets were disgusting. Dirty and ripped shower curtains. I had a blood stained pillow case and linens smelled bad. Although the bed was very comfortable. Definitely overpriced . Looks like someone started construction in the master bath bout left it unfinished. The door doesn’t work right. The small dead bolt lock on the entrance door , if o=not turned to proper way will allow access to the room without the need to put in a code. Ice maker broke and no ice trays to be found. Nice kitchen, very dusty behind the tv and called Vacasa to ask for help with the tv and no response. The pool was great.

Great 1st Floor Oceanfront Location

Had a great stay!! Location is great, quiet building is mostly privately owned. Condo has been beautifully and tastefully updated. Did feel smaller than the pictures however, likely due to there being some larger furniture pieces in the living area. Communication from property management company could have been better as they were very slow to respond.
