Beautiful, large, luxurious one bedroom, fully furnished, second floor apartment with balcony, underground parking with free access to pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi for rent in Kew, Richmond, London. Kew is located in Southwest London and is one of the most beautiful areas of London.
Ideal for anyone doing research in Kew National Archives or a corporate let or a holiday let.
The property is located a one minute walk from the Thames River pathway, where you can enjoy river walks and 10 minute walk to Kew Gardens village, The Kew National Archives, London Underground and the Kew Botanical Gardens. Marks and Spencer shop a 1 minute walk away.
Central London 20 minutes away by metro, Heathrow airport 20 mins by car
Bright, spacious with high ceilings one bedroom, second floor apartment with underground parking for 1 car and a bike rack. The apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating throughout and a luxury Italian tiled bathroom.
N.B Guest access to the pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi is allowed from 19H00 to 22H00 7 days a week.
Fast Sky Broadband WiFi, Futon sofa bed in the lounge (2 people), two Smart TVs , Air Conditioner (portable), King-size Hypnos bed, Full length mirror in bedroom, Bosch combo washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, Lavazza coffee machine plus coffee pods. The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite countertops.
Egyptian cotton bed linen, goose down duvet and cotton towels all provided.
My property is set up for guests only and has no personal items.
The apartment is professionally cleaned before every new guest. All cushion covers, bed linen, towels etc. are professionally washed and ironed before each guest's stay.
Good To Know : Free Underground car park for one car, elevator, balcony, no gas happily in apartment or in entire building, strictly no pet and no smoking policy. I also do not live in the development so you have complete freedom!
Please note checkout is before 10am and check-in is from 15H. There is no luggage store facility.
Please can all guests read my House Manual inside the property.
