320 sqft private bedroom suite. Bathroom with walk in shower, King size bed, sitting area with smart TV. Walk in closet , nespresso machine, mini fridge and microwave. A Private entrance with 180 sqft porch that opens to back yard. A beautiful community pool and dock on Lake Powell. It is 1/2 mile to the white sand beaches. walk, drive, bike. 1/2 mile to 30Avenues for shopping and dining
and the entrance to beautiful 30A. Stand up paddleboards, ebikes and bonfire rentals available on site. We also provide beach chairs, cabana, beach towels and a cooler for your stay.

Perfect Respite

This cozy cottage was quiet, magnificently clean, stocked with first-rate shampoo, lotions, etc. Even the bottled water was quality. We especially appreciated the firm kingsize bed and quiet setting and peaceful neighborhood in the midst of spring break. Everything was perfect!

Romantic getaway

What a fabulous property close to everything! Check in was great and room clean. Loved amenities: chocolate bars, sparkling water, nepresso coffee, portable speaker, beach towels, chairs, cooler . They thought of it all. We rented e-bikes and spent the day riding to Seaside. Enjoy pool in afternoon and quick bike over to watch sunset. Dinner around the corner at Shaka Sushi. We also enjoyed Cuvée 30A. Jane was quick with answers to all our questions . We can’t wait to book again in the future. Even added a bottle of wine for us.

Great place

This is a great place for a couple who wants to be close to 30A and away from the craziness of PCB without spending a fortune. We had a good time and the property was exactly as shown. Would definitely recommend.

Quiet Cottage

Our stay was fabulous. Very nice accommodations, all the little extra amenities were nice. The only item we missed having was an umbrella for the beach, although the beach chairs were nice to have.

Cozy and charming nest!

What a treat! The backyard and coffee were the best part of waking up, and their thoughtfulness behind providing beach towels, beach chairs, to go tumblers, and sparkling water. I would’ve stayed longer if it wasn’t booked. 😎😎 bonus: the stand up paddle dude is in the same building!

Exactly as described

This was the perfect place for two. It had everything we needed and the little extras were a plus. We couldn’t have been more satisfied. Very pleasant and comfy! I highly recommend.

Why they chose this property

A quiet neighborhood in general but we do have several new constructions going on as with any new and exploding vacation area. So close to the entrance to 30A to explore within 1/2 mile and then come back home to peace and quiet.

What makes this property unique

Travel light, we provide beach towels, beach chairs, music speaker , cooler and beach bag. We loan you our bikes to use to explore. We also rent awesome electric bikes on property as well as paddle boards for delivery and pickup. All this is available right on location. check out our guest book for fun shopping, adventures and dining .
