This stone house in the Ardèche department is typical of the region. Located in Brahic, 6 km from Les Vans, it is very close to the Cévennes. From the house and its pool, you have a pleasant view of the surrounding area. Surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and many chestnut trees, Les Vans is the ideal holiday destination for nature lovers. Here you can also visit old villages such as Naves, Brahic, Chambonas or Berrias-et-Casteljau, and 32 km away you can stroll through Vallon-Pont-dArc. The Bois de Païolive, a forest with an almost mysterious atmosphere, is 10 kilometres away. The village of Brahic, with its old portals and 13th century church, is a hotspot for paragliders. Brahic spoils you with a 360-degree panoramic view of the Ardèche, the Gard and the Lozère. Stroll through the Provençal market in Les Vans on Saturday mornings and let yourself be tempted by all the wonderful wines and other products from the region. Sporty holidaymakers have plenty of options in the surrounding area on foot or by mountain bike, while amateur anglers are drawn to the nearby rivers. Canoeing is possible on the Chassezac river or in the beautiful Ardèche gorge. The pool is heated by a solar system, so the water temperature depends on the weather. Internet available on request for an extra charge.
