The atmosphere is amazing in this neighborhood. It's one of the best in Phoenix. Close to many restaurants and things to do. You will not be disappointed!
Recommend Uber/Lyft you are centrally located, so the cost isn't much.

(Any unauthorized/unregistered vehicles or guests equates to immediate eviction with no refund of stay and complete banning from booking channel where they completed reservation.
- We are committed to abiding by all state, county and city rules and regulations as well as protecting our properties. We've partnered with "Know Your Guest" (Superhog) the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider.
- Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest and you will be receiving a message and/or email from (Know Your Guest aka Superhog).
- You will then be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit $150 or a damage waiver of $20.
- All guests must answer pre-booking questions.
- If you're local, message the host before instant booking.
- Guests must provide a matching driver's license ID for security.
- Security cameras, NoiseAware sensors, and valid neighbor complaints may result in eviction with NO REFUND and a booking channel ban. Also use for liability and monitoring parking.
- There seems to be a glitch on the booking platform where you may be able to select a check in time. Please assume and expect the check in time to be always at 4:00 PM, and check out at 11:00 AM. Kindly adhere to the 11:00 AM check-out; a $100 fee applies if not checked out by then, with an additional $50 for every half-hour thereafter.
- NO PETS allowed; unauthorized pets result in a $500 fee + additional cleaning fees (double the original cleaning fee).
- NO smoking inside or within 15 feet of windows or doors; $750 fine for violations.
- Follow city, state, and booking channel rules; no large gatherings or parties allowed. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, and 2 cars allowed; exceeding this or other violations result in immediate eviction with no refund.
- Quiet hours start at 9:00 PM; loud noise may incur a $250 fee.
- Please pick up after yourselves. Guests are responsible for damages or excessive cleaning charges post-checkout.
- ANY violation of house rules forfeits the reservation with no refund + additional fees.
- Starter pack provided; grocery store nearby for additional needs.
