Gulf Shores Alabama Condos come in all shapes and sizes. Rental Condos on the beach are also known for wide ranges of comfort and amenities.
However... We are brand new and very comfortable. All of the furnishings are plush...and very clean.
This Gulf Shores AL condo is Directly on the Beach. Step off the elevator and you're there! Our Gulf Shores beachfront condo is so convenient and so comfortable for a rental condo that guests often remark about how much it feels like a home. When you rent a beach condo in Gulf Shores you sometimes don’t know what to expect. We’ve tried to help by filling our personal condo website with lots of photos of our condo, links for local attractions and maps of Gulf Shores, AL and Orange Beach.

There is parking for two cars maximum on is the unit. A second can be purchased for $40 cash .This is subject to change at the guard gate with a completely filled out parking pass .

Beautifully decorated corner unit has breathtaking views from the oversized gulf front balcony, living area, master bedroom, or fabulous sunset views from our dining room!! King size beds in both the master and guest bedrooms-luggage racks in both bedrooms . Office/study has full/twin bunk combination. Both bathroom have built-in blow dryers Also, both bathrooms have private access from bedrooms. Imagine watching your favorite shows from any room on the hi def flat screens that are located throughout, or recline on the chaise lounge in the living area and enjoy the 40 inch hi def flat screen while viewing a most spectacular sunset. The master bedroom and living room present fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico and both access the furnished balcony. This unit is a rare find in Beach Condos.
12th floor Seawind unit has a highly sought after sunset view, provides indescribable views from both the west facing picture window and the corner balcony that looks both south and west. Look for Dolphins as you view the Gulf Shores Beach shoreline from east to west from the balcony.
DVD players are also available with each tv. Just another day or evening in paradise as you watch the moonlight from your private balcony(accessible from both the living room and master bedroom.) Fully equipped kitchen, full sized laundry, and wireless high speed internet. State of the art Gulf Front Fitness Center, pool inside/outside(heated), kids' pool, Gulf Front hot tub- Within walking distance to many of your favorite restaurants and local attractions. Enjoy! Beach shoreline from east to west from the balcony.
The kitchen is very well equipped including stainless appliances and granite countertops and a large laundry and utility room with full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a rare feature in rental condos, a large walk-in closet. There are tile floors in the foyer, kitchen and baths, with carpet in the living area and bedrooms.

Great condo!
Amazing condo! Owner communicated well. Everything was as expected. Very beautiful, clean condo. Close to everything you would want (restaurants, beach activities, etc). Our car never left the parking lot. Elevator and pool was busy but never had to wait a terribly long time. It was a great stay and we plan to go back.

Great place to stay, VERY well maintained and kept up to date! The host was very good with communication and answering questions! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again! Beds was VERY comfortable, couch and furniture is very comfortable, it’s very close to everything you need. Can’t recommend this listing enough!

Overall the condo was nice. It was clean and the views were great! On the down side, the furniture was past its usefulness. The couch and chair in the living room was worn out and uncomfortable. The mattress’ in the two bedrooms were lumpy and needed to be replaced. The biggest issue we experienced was the elevator. There is only two elevators for this property and that was not enough. We frequently had to wait for 15-20 minutes to ride the 12 floors up or down. Having to wait as much as we did was really a downside to our week.

The Perfect Getaway
We enjoyed our stay so very much . Just a quick walk to the sand. Exactly what we needed for this family vacay. The condo was very well kept and decorated. We loved being on the corner . The view was breathtaking . The owners are so involved and were so kind to answer questions very quickly. We would recommend this stay to everyone !

The rental was exactly as described. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. Location was within walking distance of everything we needed. Very spacious, five of us were very comfortable. Waiting for the elevator was the only downfall, particularly during busy times. Parking spaces in parking garage are TINY. Impossible to park a full size SUV but able to use main parking lot. Owner communicated clearly and was readily available for any questions/concerns.

We have stayed at several condos over the years- this one is certain to be a return visit for us. Exactly as pictured online. Roomy condo with all amenities needed- we cooked half our meals with available kitchenware including a birthday cake. Spacious balcony with stunning views and ample seating. Joe and Mary were so communicative and enjoying our time there is definitely a high priority for them, you can tell. Will happily recommend this unit and these hosts to anyone and we look forward to returning.

We had the best time at seawind 1209. We are definitely going to try and get this condo again. It had plenty of room, lots of amenities, and beautiful colorful decor.

We loved staying at this property! The condo was one of our favorite parts of the trip. It was close to everything, but still quiet, and our kids loved the splash area. My family and I loved staying at this condo on the beach. It was large enough for all of us, 6 people and had everything we needed. Beach was beautiful. We want to go back next summer. Owners were very nice and helpful.

Christmas at the beach
The unit was clean and very well laid out. We were pleasantly surprised to find a Keurig in the kitchen, as well as a very good supply of pots and pans, and cooking utensils. It made meal prep very easy. The views were fantastic from the large balcony, and the windows throughout the unit. We loved being within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We did have an issue with the electronic entry but a phone call to the property owner provided a quick solution, and he had maintenance on it very quickly too. With the single digit temps we were experiencing, it was not surprising the lock froze up. We will definitely revisit this unit for future trips to Gulf Shores. Joe was great to work with.

Just what we needed!
We loved it! We needed a get away from all the stress going on in our lives. This was a wonderful place to stay with some peace and quiet. The sounds of the ocean while sitting out on the balcony provided the peacefulness that we were looking for. We can't wait to book again! Easy and fast accessible to the beach and many retail shops And Restaurants.
Didn’t realize was Vrbo till end of application. Easy to complete process. Very surprised when actual owner called. That was very good, nice for someone with vested interest to actually call and talk to us, and get to know us a little bit..definitely enjoyed the whole experience and highly recommend , will do and use again…

Why they chose this property

Seawind was chosen because it is Gulf front, attractive, new building.Property is located in the center of Gulf Shores. The three newest & greatest condos there are: Seawind, San Carlos & Lighthouse. San Carlos has no bunkroom & no indoor heated pool -- no amenities.
As between Lighthouse & Seawind, Seawind is considerably smaller than Lighthouse in the number of units and thus avoids the massive 'factory effect' of Lighthouse. Both have similar amenities (extremely nice for both). Seawind, however, has a much larger 'bunkroom' than does Lighthouse making a two bedroom Seawind unit sleep like a three bedroom unit in Lighthouse or San Carlos!

Seawind is within walking distance to many attractions, including restaurants such as Sea and Suds, and Waffle House.
