Living Spaces :
The large living area is where all the fun happens and both kids and adults (aka big kids) will love this spot. If your family happens to be a competitive bunch, you might have some trouble dragging them away from the pool table. Movie buffs and sports fans on the other hand will find themselves glued to the comfy corner couch in front of the 70-inch smart TV with knock-your-socks-off surround sound.

Kitchen & Dining Space :
The spacious, open, eat-in kitchen is newly renovated and provides plenty of space for the cooks in your family to show off their skills. Whether it’s a round of grilled cheeses or a lavish dinner, you’ll find all the equipment and appliances needed to do your thing in grand style. A 5-piece counter-height dining set with super comfy stools is the icing on the cake.
The built-in dishwasher makes light work of the pots so you can spend less time cleaning and more time vacationing. The dining area seats four and there are additional stools in the living room to accommodate group feasts.

Dining Room :
Bright and beautiful dining room with a 7-piece dining set for elegance that's fit for a formal gathering. The upholstered chairs will lend a sense of comfort and ease to your sit-down meals.

Bedrooms & Baths :
The second floor is where you’ll find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
The primary suite has a luxurious king-size bed with a flat-screen TV, a 47” adjustable height desk with two USB inputs, wireless desktop charging station, plenty of closet space, and a ceiling fan. This room also has its very own en-suite bathroom so you can get first dibs on the shower each morning.
There are two additional bedrooms that each have two queen-size beds, closet, and a ceiling fan. These rooms share a large, full bathroom with a great tub.
There’s also a half bathroom with a toilet and sink on the first floor of the house for added convenience.

Outdoor Amenities :
Make the most of those famously sunny Poconos summers by firing up the grill on the rear deck for family BBQs to remember.
The backyard has everything you need to enjoy outdoor time with your family; kids love the playground, there is a tennis and basketball court to show off your skills.
The property has space to park your vehicles safely.

Other Things to Note :
The property doesn’t have air conditioning. However, due to its location in the Poconos Mountains, the climate is cool and comfortable throughout spring and summer. We have smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit inside the property, and there are security cameras in the front and rear of the house.
No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the property, no parties and pets are not allowed.

The Neighborhood :
Our home is located in a safe and friendly gated community. The property doesn’t have air conditioning. However, due to its location in the Poconos Mountains, the climate is cool and comfortable throughout spring and summer. There are endless things to do in the surrounding area, and our location is ideal for a fun-filled getaway for guests of all ages. In fact, it’s our personal belief that it’s impossible to be bored in the Poconos. Just try and prove us wrong!
The house is minutes away from Kalahari Indoor Waterpark, which is the largest waterpark in the US. Camelbeach Mountain Outdoor Waterpark is also nearby for splashing around during the summer months, and when the temperatures drop you can hit the Poconos slopes at Camelback Ski Resort.
If all that isn’t enough high-octane fun for your family , try to bowl a strike at Summit Lanes Bowling Alley. Great Wolf Lodge Indoor Waterpark is also close by. Prefer to get your thrills indoors? Mount Airy Casino is Pennsylvania’s first AAA Four Diamond casino resort and is the best spot in the area to play the slots and dance with Lady Luck.
Delaware Water Gap National Recreational Area is around an hour’s drive away and is a fantastic day out for groups who enjoy hiking and exploring the great outdoors. For those who prefer to get their steps in while shopping, The Crossings Premium Outlet is a short drive away and is bursting at the seams with massive discounts on designer clothing and name-brand items.
Walmart, ShopRite, Weis Markets, and Aldi is a ten-minute drive away which is handy for keeping the kitchen well-stocked during your stay.
