The place was excellent but the owner never called me back we had run out of propane and had to go fill the tank I have no problem getting it but I have checked out and still haven’t heard back from him I have spent 30 dollars for the propane and batteries to fix the remote for the ac
This was better than I could have anticipated. If I ever go back this is where I will stay! There was zero room for improvement, it was an awesome stay.
Very nice property, accurate listing. Easy and consistent communication with the owner. The streets are tight and can be difficult to navigate with a trailer. Over all a great weekend. Thanks.

This was a great place to take our family for some warm weather. We loved the outdoor kitchen and made all of our meals there. The trailer was clean and big enough for our family of 5. The pool and facilities were nice. What I didn't like is that the host did not fix the outdoor TV. I told him we were having problems the first night. The second day he ignored me after I specified what was happening, and on the third day he said a technician was coming, even though it was Easter Sunday. Nobody ever came so I wondered what the $121 service fee was for. We had a problem and were not given service. Hopefully everything is in working order on your stay.
Nice, clean and fun place to stay. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
Overall, the stay was exactly as advertised with the exception of Wi-Fi. The park offers guest Wi-Fi but connection is very poor and unusable for the majority of our stay. The RV itself was clean and as advertised. Our host, Alberto, was responsive and communicative with any questions we had during our stay. Alberto was flexible and accommodating to our family and our needs. Check-in and check-out was a very simple process. The park was clean, quiet, and everyone in the park was friendly and welcoming. Location was very close to fast food, dollar store and other food/shopping. There’s also a centrally located Rec Room with additional showers and bathrooms, which is helpful. Heated pool area was very nice and clean. Manatee and iguana near the boat landing, which was exciting for the kids. If you’re looking for a reasonable spot to stay in the Florida Keys, which is not easy to do, this is a good place to start. Thank you, Alberto

This place is great if you want to spend some time in the keys with your family and your boat and not have to deal with the hassle of lines and crowds at the ramps. We opted for renting the golf cart, which made getting around inside the campground so much easier. The RV is very well furnished and is kept very clean and tidy and has everything you may need for your stay. The outside bbq/kitchen was an added plus. The front patio was wonderful. We spent time there just relaxing and enjoying the outside tv. Albert made himself available and was great in accommodating all of our needs. The location of the RV in the Calusa campground is very convenient. Laundry room was right across the street. Our family had a great time. We are looking forward to staying here again in the future.
First time writing a negative review. However, I gave the host over a week to reachout and try and make it right since going dark on day one of our three day stay. No offer of a partial refund or apologises or anything. A real opportunity missed on the host's part.
We chose this rental because we were told we would be able to use the RV park's private boat launch to launch our boat. We were also told that slip space was available on a first come first serve basis. In the end the slippage didn't matter because the park manager and park rules would not allow renters to bring their boats into the park. Therefore, we could not use the private launch. An absolute nightmare ensued over the next two days as we tried to find other launches to use. On Memorial day weekend it was crazy and it cost us another $150 to use private launches, plus we lost over half of the first day on the water.
We reached out to Alberto on the first day as soon as we found out we would not be able to use the park's launch. He said this was wrong and we needed to talk with management and if it comes to it "tell them you are my cousin". He then said he would get in contact with them and straighten it out. That was the last we heard from him. We were left to figure it out on our own
Our trip was essentially ruined because the host didn't know the rules of the RV park. There was no apology from Alberto or an offer for a discount - nothing!
Lastly, I'd give zero stars except the RV was as described and was fine. It has the old Florida feel and smell about it. If the AC had been on when we arrived that would have helped. But it wasn't and we arrived to a camper that was over 90 degrees. BTW, If you like to party, this RV park is perfect on Memorial Day weekend. Most of the neighbors went at it until the early morning hours.
Very clean! Good communication with host. Could use more amenities. Only a top sheet was privided and no hand towels and no wash cloths things like that. No pantry items like listed. I bought foil, laundry card and laundry soap, coffee and left it. Otherwise, great stay.
Other than check in did not show our reservation so we were delayed and no hot water, it was a good time! Campground is clean and taken care of! We had two people look at hot water problems but to no avail. This location is perfect for shopping, eating and ocean activities! Thanks
The property was clean and very well maintained. Beds were comfortable and enough space for four. Being so close to the campground showers and bathrooms made it super convenient. Also the campground is in the perfect spot in Key Largo. We were just a mile from every activity we wanted to do.
Great vacation rental! Hosts were vey accommodating
The place was clean and well maintained for our relaxing week get-away! The patio TV and sitting area was a super amenity for taking in movies in the evening! Campground was friendly and clean
This property was a great location and fairly reasonable for the keys. Clean, well appointed and steps from the bath house and laundry. We used the grill and microwave, could not figure out the oven and stove. I wish there had been a broom as the patio collected a lot of leaves and there seemed to be a lot of driveway rock in the street. The out door space is terrific but it would have been better to know there was no cable. We eventually were able to connect to our Netflix and several other stations. Also, we are a very tall family, 5'10" and above and multiple times each person smacked their head in above the couch and leaving the camper. Overal, I would give this property an 8 out of 10. Thank you to the host Albert for being so responsive and answering all my questions.
Dealing with Albert was a real pleasure. The entire process from booking to checking out was seamless. The property was very clean and nice and lively. There is a beautiful outdoor kitchen and hangout area that is perfect for grilling and relaxing. Albert also helped us save a little by booking a golf cart thru him. Highly recommend and looking forward to going back!!
