Located in the heart of the resort, this snowbird friendly unit offers prime access to the sparkling resort pool and the guest services center. The links-style golf course was carefully designed to challenge and reward players of all skill levels.
Inside, two floors of well-appointed living space await. Share alfresco meals in the shade on the covered balcony or relax on plush furnishings inside. Other highlights include custom finishes and a gourmet kitchen.
LIVING AREA
A sleeper sectional and armchairs provide plenty of comfy seating in the living area. Stream shows on the 55' TV with Roku.
KITCHEN & DINING
Indulge your inner chef in the modern kitchen, appointed with quartz countertops and high-end stainless steel appliances. The kitchen bar for six offers plenty of space to share appetizers.
When meals are ready, gather around the table for six in the dining area. After dinner hang out in the family-friendly game room located in the garage.
BED & BATH
This two-story home sleeps 12 guests between four bedrooms, a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room, and a queen-size Murphy bed with a gel mattress in the entryway.
The peaceful primary suite boasts a king bed and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom holds a king bed and a flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and 44' TV. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The fourth bedroom features a unique sliding barn door and has a built-in twin-over-twin bunk bed.
A half bath adds convenience.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Kick back in the armchairs and sip morning coffee on the front porch.
The wraparound balcony offers space for outdoor relaxation. Unwind on the plush love seat or dine alfresco around the table for six.
Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.
On-site dining options include the exquisite Black Marlin Seaside Grill, REDS Patio Bar, and the Agave Poolside Cantina.
The newly redesigned 9-hole course incorporates the best of true links-style play and winds its way throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community, offering lush fairways and challenging greens. With a variety of tee boxes, the course will fit any player's current game!

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area, it is not near this home. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
