The Space:
Welcome to this charming 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom newly renovated townhome situated within a 5-minute walk to Snowflake lift and a block and a half walking to downtown Breck. The two decks overlooking the walking trail are the ideal retreat for your next getaway. This townhome is the perfect place to relax after a fun-filled day out on the slopes. 

As you walk through the front door, the plush pull-out sofa, alongside a couple of luxurious armchair seating, is the perfect place to cozy up with your loved ones. Snuggle up with a good book and warm blankets as you turn up the heat with the indoor wood fireplace and feel the warmth permeate throughout the home. Tons of family board games offer a cheerful time to gather around with family and friends to enjoy indoor activities.

Unwind for the night as you stream your favorite movie or show on the flat-screen TV. Step out onto the outdoor patio, and breathe in the fresh mountain air as you gaze at the beautiful glow of the sunset. Additional guests will have access to a second bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, a full over a full-size bunk bed, and an en suite bathroom with a modern walk-in shower.

Each room is equipped with new humidifiers and fans needed for the mountain climate.

A half bathroom with single vanity and plenty of countertop space is available for guests. There is also a laundry room with a washer/dryer combo next to the kitchen.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home, a private outdoor patio, a free parking space in an indoor heated garage, and an additional parking space in front of the garage.

The Neighborhood:
The lovely townhome is located 0.1 miles to the Snowflake Lift, and within half a mile from the heart of downtown Breckenridge -- you will have access to plenty of art, music, theater, museums, breweries, food, and shopping options. The Breck FREE ride bus will take you to the gondola, lifts, and other fun stops along the way. This townhome is the perfect gateway to your Main Street and mountain adventures.

Getting Around:
Downtown Breck is within walking distance of this charming condo. Situated only a few hundred feet from the FREE bus stop, you will have access to everything in Breckenridge. Snowflake lift is within a 3-minute walk and will bring you to the best ski runs in town. The Main Street trolley is also excellent for wandering around historic Breckenridge. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

• Pets are not allowed
• No parties or events
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
