We are retired and have our family home in Escondido. We love golfing at Lawrence Welk, soon to be Marriott. There are so many activities here and our neighbors are great but we can’t stay as often as we would like so we offer it to you for a seasonal furnished rental, just bring your clothes!

Heated swimming pool you don’t have to take care of. 2 Golf courses you can walk to. Dances, events, pickleball, tennis, walking, golf practice area. Every day there are activities in the clubhouse, like chair yoga, ti-chi, line dancing, bridge, pool, ping pong. An extensive library with DVD’s puzzles and games.
